It was a little complicated to set up. Not very intuitive. Now that that's done it works very well.

This TV is out in a lanai and is much better than the TV we had there previously. It is working fine.

I am so disappointed in my LG TV purchase on 01/09/19. I did extensive research to find a good fit for my space and budget and decided on the LG 28". It worked well enough (the picture wasn't as clear as I had hoped) for the first 29 days. All of a sudden on day 30 I watched it in the am and it was fine. By the time I turned it on the same afternoon there was a black stripe towards the bottom and multiple rainbow stripes along the right side of the screen. I boxed up the TV and drove to my local Best Buy. I was told that this damage wasn't covered under the service agreement I purchased. No one could tell me what caused this to happen. The supervisor was kind enough to refund the agreement price. He suggested contacting LG to see what options were available. I submitted a repair request on the LG website and when they called to discuss details I was told it was consumer error and the repair wouldn't be covered under warranty. They wanted to charge $150.00 plus s/h and tax to fix whatever caused the damages! I didn't pay that much for the tv! I was shocked and declined the repair estimate. Now I have nothing to show for my time and hard earned money on what should have been a pleasant viewing experience.

Good video quality, OK sound, easy to set up and configure for both cable and OTA reception.

This tv works well for its intended purpose - used while I get ready for work in the morning
