Cannot manual tune channels

I called LG 2 verify this fact. I hope I get a full refund as this shortcoming should have been listed on the item description.

Expect to throw it in the GARBAGE in about 13 to 15 months. Remember reading this and thinking you should've listened . LG will not stand behind their product so they even bother.
