We bought our refrigerator a few months ago specifically because my husband wanted the craft ice feature and I was looking for black stainless steel appliances to refresh our kitchen. So happy with our choice! Easy to use, our grandsons are able to keep their beverages in the door to see when they need more. Great size!

Refrigerator is beautiful and quiet. The installers scratched it in two places when installing the left French door handle.

The fridge is just what we wanted! It looks sleek and offers plenty of storage space.

The best fridge on the market, looks great, the features are excellent, love the craft ice perfect for a scotch. Plenty of room inside and the tap door is the best.

I’ve been waiting for this LG 28’ craft ice for a while and so far I’m very HAPPY with my purchase. Fit perfectly, look nice, the ice maker works very well...plenty of ice, including craft ice for that touch of class.

I'm totally in LOVE with my 2nd refrigerator from Best Buy! Years ago, 2006, I purchased the fridge that had a lcd tv and radio, sad to say that it didn't last long, but, I can't think of a more reliable retailer to purchase your appliances from!!!! Can't wait to have guests to show off my new ice! No need to buy a deep freezer either!

Most expensive appliances I have ever purchased. I love the large capacity this refrigerator holds and some of the different features, like tall area for filling water containers and 2 different ice available (craft ice and regular ice cubes). What I don't like is that this refrigerator doesn't have a night light or a light in the bottom freezer! And the interior shelves are not able to move. There is a shelf that can be folded over to give more hight for tall items. LG needs to go back to the drawing board to make adjustments to make this model refrigerator even better! Was told I needed to get a maintenance agreement because some parts break down fast. Would recommend to family and friends with information on the negative issues.

This refrigerator is beautiful. Plenty of space for a family of 5. The craft ice is a great added feature. The black stainless steel is beautiful!! You won’t regret this purchase.

Bought unit... delievery was $150, haul away was $40 and I think installation was $40. Delivery was timley...Installers were friendly.. Fridge took about 6 hours to cool to 37, has been working great so far. Did not get water filter with unit so needed to order one on amazon.

The ice/water dispenser is invisible in low light, the buttons are difficult to push. The water spout is too far out so that it misses narrow cups and spills water all over the floor. The special ice ball maker only produces 3 ice balls per day. There is no dedicated space for eggs. On a positive note, I does fit half sheet pans easily.

Nice fridge cold lots of storage bigger than what you think fridge is not perfectly square all measurements said it would fit without cutting cabinets but the fridge bows a little on sides and top nothing wrong with it love the fridge and delivery guys were great went above and beyond delivery is usually stressful these guys were awesome

We read the reviews of previous owners of this refrigerator. The color isn't as dark and we had hoped, but the fridge is working great. There is plenty of room in the refrigerator section and the two freezer sections allow for having more frequently used items in the top and less used items in the bottom. The craft ice is a great plus. The cubed ice does not have a large receptacle, but it hasn't been an issue.

Of all the fridges I’ve brought, this is the best so far! I love, love love the instaview, tap on glass to view inside, craft ice, double freezer’s and the alarm that lets me know if a door has been left open. It’s very spacious and it’s Bluetooth. Black stainless steel is Phenomenal! I’m in LOVE!!

Looked at multiple brands, like everyone does. LG led the pack for feature set and size. Nothing we found had this many features in a 29 cubic ft size. With family of 5 we needed space. Craft ice is cool - maybe a bit of a novelty. What we use most - the window front panel for quick access getting drinks, milk, etc. Middle drawer for drinks, fruit and water/ice cubes. No problems with ice maker, a well known problem for many brands (ie Samsung). Have had many LG products running strong for years - expect the same here. Very happy with this refridgerator. Best thing we did was buy TotalTech membership with this since it covered delivery, haul-away and installation - at no cost.

Absolutely love our new LG refrigerator! I’m so happy with the design, instaview, double freezer & dual ice makers. I never had Craft ice before & was anxious to try & so glad we did. The Craft Ice last a long time in your drinks!

I've been waiting a long time for this LG to become available in my area; finally came! Yea! I love it! It produces quite a bit of small cubes of ice and the "Craft Ice" - wow! its' great. I also love the smaller freezer drawers. I was always "losing" items down deep in the previous (single) freezer drawer on the Samsung unit which was terrible... the ice maker continuously froze up and stopped producing ice.....I'm counting on this LG to be more dependable.....another great feature is the see through door which can be opened separately from the main right hand door for convenience. Overall - its a super refrigerator Freezer.

Absolutely gorgeous refrigerator! Very spacious and an added bonus is the craft ice option.
