My wife and kids love the Craft ice. The fridge is roomy. The smart door is cool but it looses the coolness factor after a couple of months. If you organize the food items good, the fridge will server you well.

I've been using it for over a week now & I enjoy every minute of it. The men who brought it to my home were professional & efficient. I am so pleased with this purchase.

As of date I have been unable to sync my phone with it but I’m not sure that’s entirely a dealbreaker. We do enjoy the balls of ice in our water. And the fridge has held its temperature just fine as has the freezer.

I like the extra front door for beverages, the craft ice option of big balls and the 2 freezer drawers.

Only issue I’ve notices is the double door has a clicky sound when shutting it. Aside from that, ice maker works great, the freezer is doing its job, the craft ice is an Amazing to use as a gimmick ice maker.

Ice maker is much faster than previous Samsung model I owned. Craft ice is so nice. My favorite part is being able to open just the front of the door for commonly used items.
