    Purchased 7/1 Due to ship out of LG HQ 7/4 to arrive at Warehouse 7/13 for delivery 7/18. Today is 7/18. Installer doesn't have fridge "I'm just a guy with a pickup truck." Called in, get hung up on. Called in Phone tag... Due for arrival in US 9/6. I'm so angry I could..... No phone calls, no notification. No attempt to rectify. I had to ask about adding Icemaker to other models. LIVID

    The craft ice is not a full sphere, they are flat on the top. The black stainless is also not magnetic…. The fridge is okay, but not what I wanted.

    Its been 3 months now and best buy is just rescheduling my exchange request again and again! I do see people giving reviews for this item as new as last week!! Is this some kind of joke? You have all happy faces and smiles but poor service.

    Two repairs less than 2 years old

    Had this brand new refrigerator and less than a year old and it failed. had to call out repair man, lost all groceries, replaced something that had to do with a heater. Now it is a year and a half old and now the compressor went out for repair of $1000. I dont even want to repair and keep it. Do yourself a favor and dont get and LG or Samsung (my last fridge). I suggest getting the bottowm of the line model whirlpool which is what im going to do now. No more french door....
