I was hesitant towards buying it as I have seen a lot of negative reviews on the in door icemaker and the craft icemaker. Every few days make sure to check the in door icemaker and make sure the cubes aren't frozen together. I have had no issues with the craft icemaker. The fridge looks sharp and works great!

It got cold very fast and was able to transfer the food from our previous fridge within several hours. The glass door gets used often for our quick drinks and for tbhe kids to put their drinks in so they don't have to open the entire door.

I signed up for Totaltech membership because of the lower cost for repairs and extended warranty. They changed the membership several months after I bought these appliances and now I am responsible for the service at a 20% discount. I do get a free service evaluation. First time buying LG appliances and also through Best Buy and would not do again. We have some issues with our LG range also.
