Worst fridge i've ever owned, and the most expensive. 1) The ice makers stopped producing ice shortly after installation. Best Buy replaced the fridge 3 times to try and fix it. It worked for a week and then stopped again, 2) The temp shown on the outside of the fridge is the temp it's set to, not the actual temp! so imagine my shock to find out all my frozen goods were partially thawed out and the fridge had no way of telling me or alerting me that the internal temperature was wrong! 2) The service tech who came out to repair the unit replaced the compressor (after less than 2 months of ownership!) that still didn't fix the issue, and! he lost two of the screws that hold the top plate in place, so it's not been put back together correctly, and the top panel looks all wonky. I am in contact with LG about getting my money back. Steer clear of this expensive piece of junk. oh, lastly, I almost forgot, the craft ice maker does not make ice balls, it makes ice 3/4 balls. They are flat on one side. Save your money, this unit is not worth the 3000+ asking price.

WONDERFUL refrigerator with a few awesome features! SO, WHY ONLY 4 stars! Because the "CRAFT ICE MAKER," is a waste of important freezer space and even worse! Worse? To accommodate the ice maker, the otherwise very useful freezer shelf/drawer has a LARGE CUTOUT in the back. IF you try to store anything in that space, you WILL be removing the freezer drawer and bending way over to retrieve food that has fallen through the opening. The "Craft Ice" maker is an appealing sounding GIMMICK that MIGHT be useful to people who entertain FREQUENTLY and are willing to WAIT DAYS to save up the round ice balls. The maker creates roughly one ice ball per DAY. For THAT you give up approximately 1/4 of the space in the otherwise very useful internal freezer drawer. I recently contacted LG to REMOVE the Craft Ice maker but was just told that such action would SCREW UP the fridge's brain and disable the keypad! At this time, I have NO idea what keypad.

After a ton of research and careful analysis of the features and technology in this unit, I purchased this LG model. Absolute nightmare! This unit never worked properly since being delivered into my home. It makes a horrendous, grating noise that belongs at an airport. I've called LG numerous times, and anyone that is part of their executive or "inner management" team is callous, inconsiderate, and literally does not give a single fudge about your concerns or your food waste after having spent 4000 on their fridge. Furthermore, every time you call, they give different information about what your options are. Donna from the executive team is the absolute worst, btw. My fridge does not cool and has multiple error codes. The first representative told me unplug it and plug it back in. Naturally, that didn't solve the bigger issue. Now after having multiple repairmen in and out of my home during COVID, I've been told my brand new fridge is leaking freon (so the internal temperature is constantly rising), needs a new compressor, new evaporators, and a new seal system, and other technical things I don't quite understand--all this after two other repairs including a new fan. The fan motor is not working because it is frozen with ice because the fridge is not releasing warm air to prevent the ice build up. I've literally spent hours on the phone pleading for a replacement unit because clearly I got a defective model. But instead, I'm being told to let the repair company come in and rebuild the fridge that LG themselves couldn't build properly in the first place. This unit should have never made it past inspection, quality control, quality assurance or whatever department is responsible. Management will not reach out to you, and they (apart from the lovely representatives in the Phillipines) genuinely don't care about you or your family's health, well-being, or safety. Life's good, but LG sucks!

How did I ever live without this refrigerator? It is unanimous everyone loves it. I love having the small drawer and the door and the door. Big round craft ice is pretty nice too.

I wish this Refrigerator had more lighting in the back wall. It has depth & there is just not enough lighting inside especially toward the back wall. I love the Fridge & the Craft ice maker. I also wish that it had a regular ice maker inside at the bottom.

This is a really nice refrigerator, I had a Samsung which broke in 4 years I hope this does not stop working in four years also . It really nice so far and I like the craft ice

Excellent refrigerator, really lots of room, like the exterior door opening and the craft ice maker. It did have a couple small dings of shipping damage which they told us and we agreed to a monetary settlement but they are sloooow to get it to us.

Refrigerator delivered with no scratches. Had to tell the guys to slow down before they break something. They did not remove the protective plastic inside the ref fridge. I said since Covid, they don’t do that. Oddly they didn’t have mask on. Come to find out. It’s a real pain to take all that plastic off inside . refrigerator working pretty good right now. it took a long time for it to cool off. Probably due to being so hot and warehouse.

I just love my new LG refrigerator. It holds so much and it’s easy to clean and it doesn’t show fingerprints.

So far love it. Kids use the convertible drawer for easily accessible snacks and the knock to light up door is convenient so the don’t hang with the door open.

Refrigerator looks nice from outside. It is definitely not made for short people or kids. You can barely reach anything in it. Also, if you have a water softener, you cannot make Kraft ice correctly. Which sales person should tell someone. The door does not stay at temperature to keep milk in, which is why we bought it for kids to get milk out was told it would stay cold in there. The refrigerator itself does stay cold and looks nice. I wish shelves would move around and more spots for taller and smaller items.

I love my new refrigerator! Works perfectly and is big!

This refrigerator is magnificent I love everything about it I just wish that it was smudge proof but I totally love it it’s worth every penny

The only thing didn’t like about the install was the electrical cord comes from the top of the refrigerator and down to an outlet. If you have a small cabinet above the fridge you have to notch the cabinet in order to get the cord down to the outlet.

The fridge has a lot of room inside, round ice for cocktails and an area to store wine

I love this fridge so much. I love the craft ice and crushed /cubed option. Everything is great and very happy with my purchase.

I love my LG fridge. My brother purchased one and recommended me to get one and I did. I love it.

Owned it for a year and love it. Lg had issues with compressors and extender the warranty on them. Craft ice is great. Oh had great instructions for removing the door to get in the house.

LOVE MY FRIDGE, MY FAVORITE PART IS THE ROUND ICE MAKER, LOVE TO SURPRISE MY GUESTS WITH DRINKS USING THIS FANCY ROUND ICES, WORKS EXCELLENT.
