    This is an AWESOME fridge. It keeps Vegas good for over a month. The craft ice is good but not really formed as it should be. The ice balls are flat on the end.

    Looks great in my upgraded kitchen! Ice takes a minute to get started, but after 48 hours it seems to work fine.

    Installed May 17, compressor died July 23rd. Best Buy said I was past the 60 day return window. LG replaced the compressor on 13 Aug-and today the icemaker quit.

    Ice maker is very slow to make ice. If I knew before I purchased this refrigerator, I would have purchased a different brand.

    I have not received my new refrigerator yet. It's delivery has been postponed three times. Wish I had it. My wife had to have this one. Fingers crossed we get it before the new year. I've already paid on the cc for this and don't have it yet.

    This order has been a nightmare. Yesterday Best Buy cancelled on me for the 6th time. My refrigerator was delivered damaged on Sept 21, 2023 and it is now Nov 30 and I still don not have a refrigerator. I have made numerous phone calls to Guatemala and have visited the Morehead City, NC store 4 times only to be met with disappointment time after time. 2 managers of that store gave me their business card with there email addresses and direct phone numbers. Neither of them have returned a single email or call. Worst customer service experience anywhere.

    Water Inlet Valve bad after 14 months

    14 months after instal the water inlet valve is already bad and needs replaced...of course that is in the 1 year warranty not the 5 year for anything else.
