The craft ice is just a feature, we don’t really care for it but it’s nice to have. Huge refrigerator too, if you purchase it make sure your doorways can be cleared. LG over Samsung when it comes to refrigeration!

I am crazy about the craft ice and the full convert drawer! Tons of space. The shelves can adjust on each side to fit the needs of the time. There is nothing I don’t love about this refrigerator. So happy with my purchase!!!

Lots of room, very quiet, well lit, resists fingerprints, great water/ice dispenser, and very versatile especially with the extra drawer that can be used with the refrigerator section or the freezer section. Once again, we love this fridge.

The customer service was a horrible experience. They couldn't find my purchase in there system to close the sale. There was damage to the front lower door. When I called to get service they couldn't schedule it in the system so someone would call to schedule but never did. I was finally able to figure out why the ice/water panel wasn't working, I went into the store to cancel my service request and was informed there wasn't one, so no one was ever going to call me to schedule a service call.

I thought the little “snack” drawer was silly but I now love it and won’t ever buy a fridge without one again. Plus, I couldn’t decide if I wanted an extra drawer for the fridge or freezer and this allows me to change it as my needs change. Brilliant!

I moved and had to leave the original with the house. So I went out to Best Buy to find the same or similar model. This one has a second ice maker and a few control panel updates but is basically the same. Love it. Good size. Great quality. Dependable.

The capacity for the size is impressive - space is very well utilized both in fridge and freezer. The middle drawer capacity is also impressive. Craft Ice i s awesome!!!
