It has so much room and I love the fact that I don't have to open the door fully to get drinks out; I just use the door in door feature.. I love the middle drawer that can either be a fridge or freezer. And the fact that it makes craft ice is an awesome added bonus.

However it was dented when we received it and Best Buy was courteous enough to send us an $80.00 gift card on a $3,000.00 purchase. Not really impressed with the customer service but who really is.

The customer service was a horrible experience. They couldn't find my purchase in there system to close the sale. There was damage to the front lower door. When I called to get service they couldn't schedule it in the system so someone would call to schedule but never did. I was finally able to figure out why the ice/water panel wasn't working, I went into the store to cancel my service request and was informed there wasn't one, so no one was ever going to call me to schedule a service call.

It is so quiet I have to open the door to make sure it is still working. The Craft Ice is still extremely Sloooooooooow making the ice balls but that is my only complaint. Great fridge.

Love the separate door in front- saves the electricity to keep frig cold. Con- you need to take out filter in frig in order for the ice to work if you have a reverse osmosis

Worried some about icemaker orior to purchase due to problems with previous LG refrigerator icemaker.
