Initially, I was very unhappy because the delivery team had to remove the refrigerator doors to get it in our house. Apparently, during reassembly, they damaged the circuit board that’s located on top of the refrigerator. After plugging it in, our house breakers immediately tripped. The delivery team quickly blamed it on the house electrical system and scurried away. We had an electrician come out and check everything and determined that the problem was with our brand new refrigerator. We contacted Best Buy just to be redirected to LG. Three days later, an LG technician came and found that the delivery team pinched a wire that burned out the circuit board. Luckily, he brought a new one with him and got the refrigerator finally working. Why do I still give it five stars? Because the refrigerator is freaking awesome! You have to wait two days before it starts making ice, but after that, it’s great. It’s a gorgeous refrigerator with plenty of space and nice features! The beverage center with the see through door is nice! The craft ice is super nice, especially if you like to enjoy adult beverages from time to time, lol. To top it all off, its ultra large capacity ensures that everyone’s favorite food or drink has space! Our family loves it, even though the first week sucked, lol.

This fridge is so spacious! There are three main features that led me to this specific model. The first one is the convertible drawer. I love the flexibility and the space of this drawer! I have a lot of cheeses and imported meats and I love that I can store them separately from the rest of the fridge. Plus the drawer is so spacious I also had room to store my husbands 12 pack of sparkling waters and a few additional beverages all off to the side with the provided divider. The other feature is the very large produce bins. I juice almost daily and our previous fridge barely had room for leafy greens, often times forcing me to break some of them and crunch them into the cubby. This new fridge has plenty of room for a weeks worth of leafy greens and root vegetables for my juicing needs, plus the bins are also large enough to accommodate the larger salad containers. The last feature is the craft ice which are finally starting to come out. I’m excited to use these! The door-in-door area is very handy and very spacious, easily housing all of our alternative milks, cocktail mixers, waters and other drinks. The freezer is plenty big and fairly easy to organize. I do wish there was a second drawer in there but that’s not completely necessary. What’s not so great: The shelves only have a few heights to choose from, and it forced me to place all of my taller sauce and salad bottles on the lowest shelf. The storage shelves on the left door also can’t be adjusted which is a bummer but I made do. There’s at least so much space that I was able to figure out an arrangement for everything. The metal back panel is gorgeous, however, it is also apparently prone to denting. I slightly dented/scratched the bottom of it while trying to change the height of one of the shelves as they are very heavy. So just be careful when rearranging your fridge. Luckily you won’t see it as there’s food covering it. Overall I’m very pleased with my new fridge and I’m happy to have bought this model!

This is the best purchase and a gift to myself as i started new life in my new house. This refrigerator has very good looks with huge holding capacity. The extra glass door is my favourite and very useful as i dont have to open door every time i need juice or soda. The middle compartment is so spacious that all my cheese and butter etc are conveniente y fit there. And the huge freezer is also fantastic with additional al shelf. The craft ice looks so cute in my juice and on the rocks drinks. Wifi entables and energy saving features add extra value. I have to admit that this refrigerator is the best purchase

My wife always hated our past fridge due to lack of fridge space with the big ice maker in the fridge area. Well we do not have any space issues any longer as this fridges design is great with ice maker in the door and no dead space in the ridge area like our last one (Maytag). The InstaView door makes getting frequently used items so convenient and easy. I LOVE THE CRAFT ICE!! Best Buy had the best price on the fridge and I was proud to buy from a local Minnesota company. They delivered the fridge 3 days after purchasing where many others stores were weeks to months out to get inventory and get it delivered (Home Depot, etc). The Best Buy Pacific Kitchen rep was not salesy at all as they don't work on commission. Delivery team was exceptional getting this large fridge into our home with moving expertise to get it in our 36" wide front door. We are very happy with our purchase and how well the fridge has met our expectations.

I researched refrigerators for 2 years and finally decided on the LG. I in love and it was the best decision I ever made. It is quiet, have plenty of room, fit perfect I my limited space and never worried about running out of ice. Bestbuy was awesome on customer service and delivery. I would do it again. I love that I have so much room and went practically the same from 2 refrigerators to 1. I love the French doors and convertor draw. If you buy online by June, certain models will provide a tax credit.

When our old refrigerator had issues, it was an excuse to go shopping. We started at the first store and kept narrowing our choices. We finally chose, this one, except it had a solid, instead of see-through door. Best Buy was the third place we shopped when we saw this. With the no-interest payment plan, it was a "no-brainer". I can't say enouigh about how nice this refrigerator is, once we got all the protective plastic off. We put all the most used items on the easy access door. Love being able to tap on the window twice and have the light come on. I use the craft ice cubes almost exclusively now. I didn't even know what these were until we got this refrigerator. I had read other reviews saying the temperature could fluctuate up to 3.5 degrees, so I bought a special wireless thermometer to test it. It was "spot on" or even slightly colder than set....perfect. Never thought I would enjoy a refrigerator as much as we do.

I absolutely love this fridge! It offers tons of space and the smart technology really keeps everything fresh. The craft ice took a few days to kick in, but once it started — no issues at all. The ice options are kind of ridiculous (in the best way) — from standard cubes to the fancy circle craft ice, which is super bougie and awesome for drinks. The middle drawer has been a game-changer. As a nursing mom, it’s the perfect spot for my milk stash. Once I’m done breastfeeding, I already have plans to turn it into a wine and snack zone — so versatile! I also love the option to switch the drawer between fridge and freezer modes depending on our needs. The whole setup is super intuitive, the water tastes great, and since most of our appliances are LG, I love that this fridge connects flawlessly with the app. Overall, very happy and satisfied with this purchase — highly recommend!

We are really enjoying our new LG refrigerator! The French door in door makes all of our morning essentials a snap to grab and put back. I can’t recommend that feature enough, we love it! The craft ice is also a total treat and we’re looking forward to using it at our next social gathering. I am deducting one star because the freezer could easily fit a slim shelf on the door for smaller items and we miss having that feature. I need to build something to recreate it. Also, I find it unusual to hear the ice maker hum as it refills its tray. Our previous Samsung fridge had a broken ice maker for years so maybe I’ve just forgotten that this is a thing… but it seems loud to me. We will get used to it over time and it doesn’t happen too often.

LG 29.5 cu. ft. -lrmvs3006s We recently purchased the LG 29.5 cu. ft. model after our old one died. We have had “this” French door fridge with the second drawer for veggies and bottom freezer since 2013. I’ll give the good and bad and you can decide for yourselves. The good and the bad. We have some repairs on the first 2, which was covered under 5 year Geek Squad Warranty, which was well worth it. One I believe was just switched out. The second one after major malfunction of some sort was a credit toward a new fridge. This is our 4th in 10 years. This is the first fridge I’m buying just using the total tech warranty. I might go back a purchase the 5 year warranty to cover ourselves instead of dealing with a very weak warranty through total tech. This one was just out of warranty, so it’s a full purchase, which I’m still not happy about. A fridge of this caliber and price should last more than 5- 6 years. None of them have. Good The overall function of the 3 drawer fridge with right through open glass is great for us. For size and versatility I did not find anything else that fits our needs. It’s great for someone that wants their veggies, wine, or other stuff at a different temp than rest of fridge. Compared to other products, this fridge’s parts seem to be better made. Parts don’t feel cheap like they will break after day 1. Overall feel is the fridge is sturdy. Good- I like the extra ball ice maker in the bottom. It uses up some freezing space, but our family seems to use a lot of ice. It’s a nice novelty. Good list - Lots of space for family Door beeps when you leave it open for too long Easily grab condiments via through door. Ample side door room-big enough for large bottles Easy access to eggs and butter Adjustable racks for different heights Bad My only complaint, besides that this fridge (our past fridges did not last long, is the top ice and water dispenser. Hear me out… the old fridge design you would put your cup up and either water or ice cake out lining up with the cup-perfect-.no spills. Now, depending if you want ice or water you toggle between water/ice and you have to shift the glass/cup forward or back. Many times I’m thinking ice, but I’ve clicked water and then it spills down the front of the fridge and down to the floor. This nuance is probably more of an issue for someone who has had the old fridge where you only had to push and the ice or water came from the same direction with no mess. It’s a design flaw - not the end of the world. After 2 months I still spill, so… Good/bad Would I recommend someone wise buy it. Yes, but partly because the other fridges out there are junk. Do I like this one, yes- if I had to replace it, yes- I would buy it again. Hope this helps.

Lots of storage, the extra drawer is used for cheeses, yogurts and sandwich meats. But also having the capabilty of adjusting that drawers temperature. Two ice makers, makes plenty of ice. Our old GE, seemed full, but when we moved the food to the new LG, it seemed like we dud have any food in there at all.

The best refrigerator and the ice machine is amazing

The frig arrived with a dent on the lower back panel. I had no choice back to accept delivery because my current frig was bad and i lost all my food. Installation was to be free, but the tech who came to do the work, realized the doors would have to come off and tried to charge me money for the install. The frig seems to work fine, but i have the Total membership so lets cross our fingers it continues to work properly. In all, the frig is large and is working. But thimbs down for the delivery and trying to upcharge me. I ended up doing all the work myself.

Love this fridge. LOTS of room - no need to bend over for the fridge area. Freezer also has plenty of room. The ice balls are a nice addition. Love the door where you can get items from the right door storage without opening into main fridge.

I love my refrigerator, Ive only had it for a couple weeks but the space, The round ice balls are the greatest!!!! The option to use the top drawer as fridge or freezer is just AMAZING!!!

Perfect size fits everything very confortable very spacious, wide produce drawers, lots of space in freezer compartments lots of ice different shapes and lots and lots of light,,, I love my external door Knock knock.

Huge fridge! Loving every option that comes with it so far. Freezer wasn't producing ice, but geek squad gave me the intel "fill the freakin Freezer with food so there is less space for hot air to fill". After filling the freezer up, ice started filling up. 3 Craft ice does take longer than LG claims it to be but no worries. This fridge can hold A LOT of food.

Great fridge with plenty of space. Love the spherical craft ice maker. Only bad thing is the door alarm being so loud after 60s open. There is no option to turn it off.

Wonderful fridge! Exactly what we were looking for. It fit the space perfectly and keeps everything organized and cold. It made round iceballs for craft cocktails. It is amazing.

This LG fridge is AWESOME with all the bells & whistles! I use a lot of ice and it did take about 2 weeks to figure out how to get the i e to produce faster. HINT: get the LG ThinQ app and you can adjust the number of craft Ice from 3 to 6 daily. I also have had to save those craft ice in another bin in the freezer as the craft ice only makes ice when it “senses”there is room left in the tray. So if there is already a single layer there of approximately 21 craft ice balls…it won’t make any more until there is room. Only reason for the 4 stars on value/price is because I had to pay full price since they kept selling out when it was on sale! We love the convertible drawer too that far exceeds our expectations.

Love this refrigerator! Lots of room in the fridge as well as the freezer. Great features from the knock on window into the fridge, the Full convert drawer and the extra ice maker for ice balls. Highly recommend this refrigerator!
