This refrigerator is nice! After owning another LG for over 10 years, this one came in as we envisioned it. Increased dramatically our much needed storage space, added a great look and brought us a new feature we didnt have before, which is that new glass door. So convenient for easy access. Kids love it for their milk and apple juice. I love it for the butter and jelly! Overall this is a fantastic refrigerator that we expect to own for at least 10+ years.

I love this fridge and big freezer at bottom it has so much storage. I also love the design any body the walks into my kitchen always compliment this fridge❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Love it! Everything we thought it would be. Love the craft ice and the see through window. The extra drawer is always holding cool drinks. Couldn’t be more happy. We did not get the counter depth and are happy we got the bigger size. Does not stick out too far.

I’m almost glad that the old refrigerator died. The new refrigerator has plenty of space for my 2 adult kids to have their own space for their stuff to fit and not fight The ice plus system is great as a person who enjoys an adult beverage every now and again it’s my favorite thing in the refrigerator

We have had this refrigerador for six months, and so far it has been a great refrigerator. We are very happy with all the features. We don’t use ice but it makes great ice rounds, and our guests love that. Also, it has the drawer between the refrigerator and freezer, which can be adjusted to refrigerate or freeze. Otherwise, it is almost the same as our last refrigerator which blew from a storm surge on the electrical wires on our street.

Great designed refrigerator. We were very happy with the inside layout and cc size. Unfortunately, when you buy an open box item you do not know know why is was returned or what kind of damage may have. The refrigerator still had the shipping tapes and stickers, out of the same models this refirgerator was a beauty. Again, unfortunately after a couple day we encounter the errors in the front display 1F E. After disconneting and connecting again to erase the error a technician came to check on it, a neew PCB was installed but the error kept coming. After two weeks the refirgerator stop working, no cooling, no freezing, yikes, a lot of food had to be trown away.

Excellent quality and design. We love the oversized ice cubes. Sold my husband on this unit. It helps me keep food organized in refrigerator and bottom freezer. Love the middle drawer which can be freezer or deli unit.

It originally came installed with two dents on the fridge door, but thanks to Best Buy's replacement policy, it was promptly replaced. I am extremely satisfied with how everything worked out and I am absolutely delighted with my new refrigerator. I thoroughly enjoy using it every day. The fridge smells clean and fresh, and I have noticed that it helps to prolong the freshness of vegetables and fruits. I particularly love the convenience of the two doors and the ice dispenser. There are so many features that I adore about this fridge; it's hard to list them all. Overall, I am truly thrilled with my new refrigerator.

I love my new refrigerator, looks beautiful in my kitchen. Works great! The ice maker makes plenty ice, the craft ice works a little slower than the regular ice maker, it only drops like 3 balls a day. But i still love it!

Awesome Appliance! The see through door and craft ice really make this so outstanding. Whisper quiet, cannot tell if its even running.

This is our 2nd LG refrigerator. We sold our 1st one with the sale of our home, and immediately bought a new one for our new home. By far the best refrigerator we have owned. If you are looking for a well built, durable, spacious and beautiful refrigerator, look no further.

Delighted with the fridge, plenty of room and the extra door is such a good idea. If only my other half would get over tapping the glass to light it up!

So far so good. The 2 ice makers is pretty cool though the ice balls takw a while to make. Its a good look9mg Refer. We really like the layout so far. The main ice and water and easy to use. The app is not very intuitive.

Searched high and low for this fridge to be delivered in a timely manner. Best Buy delivered and installed it in 2-days. I’m really digging the easy access door and the craft ice. Haven’t tested the craft ice yet but by most accounts it does what it’s supposed to do. However, still an outrageous price for a refrigerator.

We just got our fridge installed. It is beautiful. Love how open it is. Definitely feel like I have way more space than a 2 sided fridge that I’ve had do many years. The only downfall is that one side of the door had 4 dents but Alex was so helpful and informative. If it wasn’t for him noticing them we would have not know until after. He let us know who to call and how to get it replaced. He was very friendly and professional. We have a couple of more appliances waiting to be ready for shipment, I would LOVE to have Alex install them if we could. Overall customer service experience 10, Fridge 9 only because of the debts, but once that is replaced, 10!

My wife and i love the fridge, the one thing i had an issue with is the measurement. The depth of the fridge without the handles are 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch greater. My front door entrance measures 35 inches wide.. The dimension of the fridge says its 34.5 inches. But with the rounded front my house entrance needs to be 36 inches at minimal. I had to remove the front doors of the fridge and made the whole experience a horrible one... But the fridge itself is great

I've own this refrigerator for a couple of weeks now and it is absolutely great. It is spacious and beautiful. You can have water, crushed, cubed and craft ice. The app is easy to use as well. The wait time was long but exceeded my expectations when it finally came.

Keeps us organized. Love the ice choices. We keep cracking up when we use the large balls of ice… LOL! The water stream works perfectly. Our last frig took forever to fill a glass. Love how you can switch the full convert drawer depending on what’s going on. I currently using it as a freezer drawer but next week I’m converting it to a meat drawer.
