Very pleased with the new LG. The space efficiency takes things to a new level. Very efficient configuration. The door in door feature is very handy for items you access on a regular basis and the freezer compartment is cavernous. Also, can’t say enough regarding the Best Buy sales and service team. They made things right when the craft ice maker failed to operate.

We read tons of reviews and personal experiences with modern refrigerators. They all seem to have the same issues which is the ice makes leaking or not making ice properly. I can say after 9 months of using this LG everyday, its been great. No leaks, no weird ice, nothing. just works well. I will say that the shelving is not very clever. not really adjustable at all and the door storage is not so great either. so a lot of your normal door stuff and condiments sit on the shelf which is never organized and messy. The extra "meat and cheese" draw is a great feature and is a must have. The over all storage is OMEGA. The freezer is deep the main fridge is gigantic and you will have to monitor your food and drinks or they will get pushed to the back and forgotten. The door in door is fantastic but the touch to see in is a gimmick at best. Huge Refrigerator could have gone to a smaller unit.

I totally love this refrigerator!
The interior is thoughtfully designed and easier to organize.
Also, the little door in the front is more useful than I thought it would be.

This is a great fridge! The fridge we had before this was a Samsung that looked very similar but with the ice maker inside the fridge and the layout of the inside it had a lot of wasted space and issues with the icemaker (standard Samsung problem). We got this refrigerator about a month ago and absolutely love it! It took quite awhile for the smell of plastic to get out of the water and the ice, but once it did we have nothing to complain about. This fridge is huge, very spacious, well laid out, and is really nice looking. The craft ice takes a crazy amount of time to make (longer than a week to make a full bin), but the regular ice is made really quickly. It's pretty loud when the ice is being made but it's fast and worth the noise. It's fun to knock on the door and see what's inside. The measured water dispenser is really convenient and we use that all the time to fill our water bottles. This fridge is really expensive but worth every penny.

We decided to splurge & get the best refrigerator they had to offer, when our old refrigerator went out. Even though it’s expensive, it definitely didn’t disappoint! The craft ice is wonderful. It melts slowly, so your drink is never watered down.
The “tap to illuminate” beverage door is another awesome feature that my family uses on a daily basis. Each person has their own shelf, so it’s great for families with multiple children to monitor what & how much they’re drinking, and helps keep the interior colder, since the main door isn’t being opened every time.
The middle drawer (which has variable temp) is absolutely perfect for storing fruits, veggies, & snacks, which stay fresher longer when kept just a bit warmer than I keep the main refrigerator section. While this’s the only thing I have used it for, it would also perfect for storing appetizers, a large sheet cake (since it’s deep enough for the largest sheet cake I’ve ever had & the dividers can be moved to make one large space) or even turned into a freezer for an ice cream cake.

Love the Insta view and door in door feature. This keeps my go to daily items easy to grab. Love he drawer for sandwich making items and bottles of wine to chill. I also love that this can be a freezer drawer if I want / need. I was worried that it could keep up with the demand for ice in my household, but so far it has exceeded expectations and love the craft ice balls. It beats trying to make them on my own, which I had been doing. This is also a very quiet model. We did have to remove two door jams in my older home and all of the drawers and doors to get it in, but I knew that when I made my decision. It's in the house and I love it. I was very picky and wanted to make sure shelves were adjustable, ice and water were in the door. I can finally store larger items in my freezer as the old model I had had limited capacity.

This fridge is very spacious! I found few features interesting that led me to buy this fridge. Very first one is the convertible drawer. I love the flexibility and the space of this drawer. I love that I can keep dairy products like cheese and butter separately. It is specious and I can fit some juice boxes of kids into it. Fridge has plenty of space to put the vegetables and Fruits. The main feature is the craft ice. I love this feature. The freezer is big and fairly easy to organize.

I couldn’t be happier with it!
The spacious interior makes organizing groceries effortless, and I especially love the middle drawer, which is perfect for keeping extra veggies fresh and accessible. The digital features are user-friendly and make managing temperature and settings simple and precise.
One of the biggest highlights is the Craft Ice maker—it creates large, slow-melting ice spheres that are perfect for drinks. On top of that, having a second ice maker in the freezer is a fantastic added bonus, ensuring I never run out of ice even when hosting guests.
Overall, this refrigerator combines sleek design, smart functionality, and practical storage in the best way. It’s a game changer for my kitchen, and I highly recommend it!

From side by side to the LG French Door

Our new LG arrived and the delivery team did an amazing job. Knowing the weight of this refrigerator I was concerned of them setting it down on our Harwood floors, rolling it and it leaving indentations. Nope, they were a head of the game, by using a large vinyl sheet to use between the fridge and floor, when setting it down. Also, I found when moving this heavy fridge, it rolls much easier than expected.
We expected to get used to the change, going from a side by side to this French door style. What we’re finding is that there isn’t any perfect fridge. Side by sides are narrow and food still gets piled on. The French door style freezer is designed to pile on. My opinion, either fridge isn’t perfect and you’ll get used to it.
The LG is Large and bright. Just a few items that we’re not used to. There is a very few sizable shelves on the door that we used for condiments. These are narrower and hold less than half the amount. That mean they will go into the shelves. The shelves has only one adjustable tray that you can convert down to allow large bottles. I wish they had two trays, giving you the option. The top tray is a bit narrow and because it’s such a big refrigerator food can slide far back and out of reach. Unless you’re exceptionally tall.
The ice craft maker didn’t make its first ice till 48 hours, after installation, be sure to have your freezer set to -4 or colder. Then each cycle is taking 20-24 hours to make 3 ice craft balls. They are pretty cool (pun intended).
Our old GE side by side had the outside little door to access milk or some other drinks. We always used it. This new LGs outside access door is huge and we love it. It holds more products, opens so easily and quiet, and there’s an adjustable tray inside too.
Overall, great refrigerator. It’s big, bright, has many features. It’s not perfect and we’ll get used to the differences. It’s still early, but given the choice, I’d get it again.

Pretty great! The cocktail ice thing is remarkably silly and way more fun than it should be. I also really like being able to just grab a ball of ice and not listen to the ice dispenser grind and crunch out ice. The shelving arrangements are decent. The quick access door does (justified or not) ease my worries about all of the cold air falling out as my children take their sweet time getting milk for their cereal.
The knock on light up thing is kind of neat but ultimately not useful beyond showing other people. Basically one is only checking on the milk and can't see much else in the fridge.

This is a great fridge with a lot of space and very practical. I love the middle drawer that can be converted into a freezer if needed. Only one problem, hence the 4 stars - water filter. We went through gallons of water already but water still has a very plastic flavor and we can’t drink it. Just for you guys to be aware. Also the extra ice box in the freezer makes super big circles of ice (I mean huge) and it’s really cool but when that big piece falls into the freezer tray - it literally wakes me up at night... just another thing that is not necessary negative but to be aware of.

Best Buy the name of the store say it all
My expiriance at Best Buy was smooth and painless it was the first time that I buy a mayor appliance in bust but I usually go to PC Richard’s for that. For the first time I took a chance and decided to purchase this mayor appliance in Best Buy a refrigerator , I was having second thoughts at first being that I always purchase just my phones and tablets or computers at Best Buy but the service was outstanding. They gave me discounts and the sales rep was excellent no complaints. Everything that he promise was exactly as it was delived. It was in time in my house the delivery and installation surpass PC Richard’s .
From now on Best Buy is my go to place for any appliance

I love this fridge when its working. Unfortunately it does not seem to do thet very often. when I tell you I dreamt about the convertable drawer, the ice cubes that are huge spheres and every time I passes it in the store i would give it a little *knock knock* on the glass to light up the window. It worked great for a few months, but multiple repairs from both best buy and LG later and now it just decides to melt all my ice cream and spoil my food if i look at it wrong for no reason. The ice maker also no longer works. Its been our ‘drink’ fridge for almost a year since it went out of warrany and everyone stopped helping us. Its like I threw the 4k i paid in the trash with all the spoiled meat and melted ice cream i had to toss. I have tried reaching out to LG multiple times, since they do have a pending lawsuit about this, last time they told me ‘good news! Your refrigerator seems to be working!’ As I was chatting with them about how all my frozen goods were melted again. We have two vissani apartment fridge/freezers we live out of now, they were $100 and they have never failed us. Just save yourself the trouble and get a more reliable fridge.

After compairing refrigerator brands, I settled with the LG and I couldn't be happier. The features it comes with are very family friendly and easy to use. The front screen makes seeing what you need easy for quick runs out of the house. Storage space is convenient for holidays like I just used, the middle compartment can be fridge or freezer. And lastly the two sets of ice makers is good for those hot days where cold drinks are needed.

This model is the perfect size and has the features we were looking for. The Deli drawer is really important for my wife which uses a lot and she can completely separate the items from the main part of the refrigerator. The ICE Craft is a plus and nice to use for drinks.
