This refrigerator is great. There is room for everything, and it is all easy to find inside. The craft ice is super slow to create but since there is cubed and crushed ice on demand in the door it really doesn't matter to us. The outside is easy to keep clean with a microfiber cloth. Fingerprints wipe right off. The door-in-door is convenient for small, frequently accessed things. The Full-Convert drawer is very handy. We have used it for deli items, bakery purchases and large pizza leftover boxes. We have not run it as a freezer yet as the large freezer drawer takes care of our freezer needs. The refrigerator runs very quietly and all we hear is the occasional sound of ice dropping into the bin. We haven't used the "smart" features so I cannot comment on that particular aspect of this appliance. Professional delivery and installation should be considered as this is a big appliance. Make sure that it will fit into the space you have provided for it. The refrigerator doors and drawers can be removed if needed at delivery, in order to fit the refrigerator through doorways. However, this task would be better left to the professionals. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend the LG - 29.5 Cu. We really like most everything about this fridge but the icemaker. We have adults and 2 to 5 kids in the house and the icemaker cant keep up even with the accelerated ice function. The container to hold the ice is quite small which is the major reason why. We do like the convertible drawer and use it for meat and cheese storage as we already have a standup freezer. Best Buy cuetomer service has been great thus far. The first refrigerator we got had an odd taste to the water deapite flushing the system out. I contacted Best Buy and within 3 days they had a replacement out to us. On top of that, their communication during delivery was outstanding. I'd previously ordered a fridge from Lowes and they cancelled my order the day of delivery. Im sticking with BB from now on.

It’s all about the craft ice. The 2-way door is very convenient for condiments and drinks. Oh did I mention the craft ice is perfect for mixed drinks and Stanley cups.

first off the gentlemen that installed it and brought that MONSTER size Applicance into my home were amazing! the PRODUCT itself, I love it. I actually hugged this model every time we went into a store.

This is the best refrigerator I've ever purchased. The delivery and install went smooth as silk. Best of all, the extra functions like capacity, energy star, water filter, full convert to freezer middle drawer, door in door frig. are all that a person needs. Do yourself a faver, Get one. Richard G

Great refrigerator Craft ice is a nice touch big and adjustable very quiet

So fa so good. A lot of space and we thought the extra door to just get inside the front left of it was a novelty but we find ourselves using it all of the time. Perfect for getting to your condiments. Craft ice is great. Lots of space and love the fresh air ability. Only combos we wish the cubed ice storage was larger.

The ice maker in the door stopped working. Then the freezer stopped cooling. After several silly calls to LG “try shutting to door harder” I finally made a call for service. They replaced the condenser max left all the broken pieces and boxes for me to dispose of. I was hopeful the freezer seemed cold. Then I noticed a pool of water in the craft ice collection tray. Seems the ice tray is not flipping up and the water is pouring directly into the collecting tray. Still no door ice. Now my ice cream is getting soft again. I splurged I. This fancy fridge and unfortunately didn’t keep my other one. I’ve had this one for four months and have already thrown out hundreds of dollars worth of food.

I have had this fridge for 2 weeks so I really can't say any reliability with it...although my last 2 fridges were LG & Kenmore (made by LG) and they both needed a # of repairs and lasted only 16 years between the 2. Only thing I don't like on this is the crushed ice drips water out of the dispenser after using it. Craft Ice is a novelty that's cool...but at 3 per day...not exactly efficient.

We've had this fridge for about a month. We love every aspect of it. Smart interior design compared to our old Samsung allows much more storage. We like the door in door feature, and the craft ice is a real treat. No complaints so far.

Modern and updated. Well planed and convenience focused on ergonomic design. The features are what sets this appliance apart from others BUT they do come at a premium price. Very decent peice for a typical home but not estate worthy, it is nice but it is not commercial grade. If it has a good life expectancy, it is worth the premium price.

I bought it for the craft ice, but it is not consistent in size and shape and it does not create full spheres

We’ve had this refrigerator for about a month and so far it’s been great. Lots of space, plenty of ice.

We love how spacious the fridge is. My kids especially like the craft ice it makes. We love the half door. Makes it so easy to grab a quick drink.

This thing is huge. Even with the second drawer the freezer is huge. The crushed ice make is handy as is the half door area for frequent use items. Very pleased

I love this fridge, originally the wrong one was ordered and delivered to me and the price was drastically different. And although I paid the difference to get the correct fridge even thought it was an error of the salesperson. It was worth the extra $1200.

I love the fridge, little slow on making ice and love it

So far so good. The craft ice is ok but would rather have ice about half that size. We have always had side by side before and this is a little hard to get used to. Like the middle drawer. We put all the grandkid’s snacks in it. No more the standing there with the big door open!

After a week, so far so good. -1 star because the drawer sliders feel a little stiff but that may just be something we aren’t used to from our previous whirlpool. Also, there is not much you can “adjust” inside the fridge as far as shelf levels. Would have been nice to have more than 1 or 2 spots to move a shelf to.
