After a week, so far so good. -1 star because the drawer sliders feel a little stiff but that may just be something we aren’t used to from our previous whirlpool. Also, there is not much you can “adjust” inside the fridge as far as shelf levels. Would have been nice to have more than 1 or 2 spots to move a shelf to.

I love this fridge, originally the wrong one was ordered and delivered to me and the price was drastically different. And although I paid the difference to get the correct fridge even thought it was an error of the salesperson. It was worth the extra $1200.

Absolutely love this fridge!! The craft ice is awesome for parties. There is plenty of room. I know 2 other people that bought this after i did.

i really love this fridge, no problems whatsoever so far. super quiet, beautiful ice production, convenient and easier to use than my last fridge. i really recommend it.

This fridge is nice and roomy. The freezer ice balls are nice in water bottles and mugs for car rides. The ice lasts longer. Had this little over a month

There is very little space to store large items such as milk, juice and large bottles of ketchup, bbq sauce, etc. The side shelving is very narrow and will not hold items such as soy sauce, etc. at the time of purchase, I didn’t notice this. Other than this issue, I really like the refrigerator.

We have only used this appliance for about a month, but so far we really like the upgrade. We really like the cool or freeze option of the center drawer. Also a bonus option that we didn't realize we were getting is 2 yes 2 ice makers. 1 in the door with water option, the other in the freezer that makes ice balls. The door in a door is a special plus for often used items.

Really nice refrigerator. After hours of research, then after narrowing down the list to three, and then going too physically looking at the refrigerators, I am extremely happy with this refrigerator. I would definitely recommend this refrigerator.

Best fridge with lots of room. This fridge is excellent with lot of room and you can manage from the app.

Really living my new refrigerator. The drink door is the best thing ever and it’s just so much space.

Great big refrigerator, we really like it. The craft ice maker works very slowly though, just 3 cubes per day. The regular ice maker is tiny...so if you need more than 3 cups of ice per day this is not the refrigerator for you

This thing is huge Provides all the room i think anyone would need Haven't tried the second ice maker yet but the main one works fine

My Wife loves Her Mother Day gift. This this is massive and does everything. The craft ice is amazing. We love this purchase.

so far, so good. This fridge was on the expensive side but we wanted the middle pullout drawer and the options were limited. Full featured, roomy, and seems to be well made. I am hesitant because our last fridge was a Kenmore Elite with a compressor was made by LG and failed twice. There was a class-action lawsuit against LG but Sears did not honor and charged a fortune for the repair.

Best big investment we have made this fridge has a lot of space and the craft ice is awesome

Excellent fridge and replaced our 8 years old GE. Plenty of storage and custom options for changing the middle drawer to a fridge or a freezer. I love the craft ice it creates and this also connects to WiFi to configure and chance the settings. There are two areas where it stores / creates ice so that is very convenient. Overall very happy with the purchase.

The height adjustment of the interior shelving is limited to basically two heights unlike previous models making it difficult to store taller containers. The divider for the center drawer is very functional.

Great fridge. Holds everrything and lighting is fantastic. The half door on the right side is the best for getting drinks. I did a lot of research and I'm very happy with purchase.

Had to have repaired a few times before they refunded our money. It has lots of room and the space is well thought out but the refrigerator didn't last long.
