The cord to plug in came on top. Measurements were accurate, however the cord being on top would not allow it to slide under cabinet. I called and basically told not their problem, that's how LG made it. The sales person or installer did not know of the location. So until I figure it out we have a cord that hangs off to the side. The refrigeator itself is woderful.

Great big refrigerator, we really like it. The craft ice maker works very slowly though, just 3 cubes per day. The regular ice maker is tiny...so if you need more than 3 cups of ice per day this is not the refrigerator for you

Best fridge with lots of room. This fridge is excellent with lot of room and you can manage from the app.

The height adjustment of the interior shelving is limited to basically two heights unlike previous models making it difficult to store taller containers. The divider for the center drawer is very functional.

We've only had it running for a few days but love all of the space. We were also surprised the large craft ice cubes are flat on both the top and bottom but they are fairly clear. Maybe as more are made they will get a little clearer. If I am not mistaken the ball which was supposed to be representative of the ice balls was perfectly round. Also, having to get used to the right french door not closing as well as the left door.

My Wife loves Her Mother Day gift. This this is massive and does everything. The craft ice is amazing. We love this purchase.

so far, so good. This fridge was on the expensive side but we wanted the middle pullout drawer and the options were limited. Full featured, roomy, and seems to be well made. I am hesitant because our last fridge was a Kenmore Elite with a compressor was made by LG and failed twice. There was a class-action lawsuit against LG but Sears did not honor and charged a fortune for the repair.

Great fridge. Holds everrything and lighting is fantastic. The half door on the right side is the best for getting drinks. I did a lot of research and I'm very happy with purchase.

Excellent fridge and replaced our 8 years old GE. Plenty of storage and custom options for changing the middle drawer to a fridge or a freezer. I love the craft ice it creates and this also connects to WiFi to configure and chance the settings. There are two areas where it stores / creates ice so that is very convenient. Overall very happy with the purchase.

We love our new fridge!! We replace a side by side fridge and this one is so much more spacious with great features such as plenty of light inside, two big drawers for fruits/vegetables and the middle drawer (looking from the outside) can be used for fridge or freezer

The refrigerator is great. The customer service was a horrible experience. They couldn't find my purchase in there system to close the sale. There was damage to the front lower door. When I called to get service they couldn't schedule it in the system so someone would call to schedule but never did. I was finally able to figure out why the ice/water panel wasn't working, I went into the store to cancel my service request and was informed there wasn't one, so no one was ever going to call me to schedule a service call.

Wow is the best way to describe this Fridge. The space. Two Ice bins. In food easy reach feature. The mid fire for charcuterie trays. Wow.

This refrigerator is just high tech enough to where it doesn't seem over the top. Lighting is well laid out. The controls on the fridge are nice, and using the app is straightforward. The craft ice is a nice touch. Plenty of room to put things are shelves and other areas - also customizable to move shelves and make them taller or shorter. It is a really well thought out fridge!

So far a great buy with this fridge!!! Great capacity and great design.
