Absolutely love this fridge. Love the size of the freezer with it’s three separate compartments, and love the fact that the exterior dispenser has separate water and ice. This alleviates toggling between ice and water using a button. The best feature is that it allows you to quickly fill a large picture with water. The black stainless steel finish is beautiful, and I didn’t realize how much I would use the door in door feature. Love it! Now for the bad news. I am returning this fridge for the four-door simply because the right side door doesn’t open all the way, allowing you to easily access the inside of the fridge. Further, you can’t get the produce bin on the right side out to clean it, nor can you remove the long horizontal bin. I actually have to turn my salad bowl vertically to get it out of the door, and less I open both doors. The four door fridge of the same design has a right side door that opens fully. I’ll have to spend more but I’m hoping that that I’ll find the the fourth drawer is useful.

I have only had this refrigerator a week so hard to really assess it long term but it is stylish and has a lot of great storage drawers...3 in the freezer and the refrigerator part is easily adjustable and spacious., So nice to not have the ice maker taking up space in the main area like my old one. Seems to make ice well. The water and ice come out of separate areas so that is nice too. I have the black stainless and so far that is working out. I hate how regular stainless products get marked up so quickly but so far with the black stainless that has not happened. Filter install seems easy (the technician installed it for us but I watched). I have heard good things about LG so I hope it lives up to its standards.

I love my new fridge. It is spacious with tons of "organized storage" (lots of drawers/ door storage). At the same time, it still looks sleek and modern.

We just purchased this refrigerator, and have had it for about a month now. We really love it. Tons of storage space. Lots of really good lighting. The third drawer in the freezer is a plus. Also, it's nice to be able to control settings with the Smart ThinQ app on my phone. The filter is really great. No odors at all. I use the door-in-door feature all the time. Milk and juices stay nice & cold in it, and it's really nice to not have to open the whole fridge just to quickly get something out of it. Really, our only problem with this refrigerator is the right French door. It won't open far enough to remove the crisper drawer. At the bottom of the door hinge, there is a metal tab that hangs down and hits another metal piece on the hinge. It prevents the door from being opened all the way. I've tried to see if it could be removed, or if maybe the door could be raised on the hinge far enough for the two pieces to clear each other. No luck. So, I went back to look at the floor model of the same refrigerator, and that one does the same thing. So, it looks like the hinge is that way by design. So, if when the crisper drawer needs cleaning, I'll either have to try cleaning it while in the refrigerator, or taking out all of the food in it, removing the shelves above it, turning the shelf holding the drawers to its side, and removing the entire drawer assembly. Not awesome. We love everything else about this refrigerator. However, after encountering this problem, we may have thought twice before purchasing this one.

I have had this Gorgeous Black Stainless Refrigerator around 2 1/2 weeks and loving every minute of it. What is not to love, from the gorgeous Black Stainless state of the art large storage space with many organizational possibilities. If you hate finger prints and smudge marks you will love this gorgeous finish. It looks beautiful all the time, unlike regular stainless. To say that it is big is a under statement, it is huge from the Refrigerator to the 3 tier freezer with plenty of room for everything. My opinion is that the Door-indoor design makes it so incredibly easy and so convenient at the same time to access those frequently used items such as creamers, milk, juice, water, and your favorite condiments. I use this all the time, and the tiny area on the very bottom of the Door-indoor- I put fruit cups that fit wonderfully with cheese snacks which fit great because they are flat. A feature we use all the time for creamers and drinks And fruit snack and cheese sticks.. By opening up just the door-indoor that is preventing cool air loss and you also save energy. Who does not want a Fresh Air Filter in their frig, I love it, this also works to circulate clean airflow around your foods and keeps leftovers from becoming stale. Love that LG did this. With LG's cooling plus system, I love this, that it keeps the temperature and humidity under control, to preserve freshness and quality to produce. Produce does stay fresher for longer periods of time in these crispers. I love the ice maker in this Frig with it's Slim Space Plus system, that offers more room inside the frig then most other brands, and it does make sufficient ice cubes for my family. Who would not love this 3-Tier organizational freezer, which puts most of what your looking for, easy to find I love all the space the freezer has to offer. I love opening up the doors of my LG refrigerator and just staring inside, I love the Premium LED lighting it comes with, and also the lights on the side panels. I have even put a 1/4 sheet cake in the middle section of the freezer, something I was never able to do with any other freezer, I love the 3-tier. I also love and use the full width temperature controlled Glide N Serve drawer for all our deli needs and it is plenty big. The Spill Protector tempered glass shelves and the 1 folding shelf are so easy to take care of wiping down easy with just warm water and detergent. I have plenty of room for all my condiments in my door bins and I have a total of 22 so I would say that, yes it fits all our condiments easily. I have been able to put a bottle of wine in the door-in-door, depends on the size bottle you buy. But I bought a side shelf for my Refrigerator that holds a bottle of wine along with a egg crate. I can go on and on I love everything about this gorgeous LG Refrigerator from it's Beautiful Black Stainless, which looks beautiful all the time, because yes it is smudge and fingerprint free This LG Refrigerator does have the SmartDiagnosis system, which some can take or leave. I love the contoured doors on this refrigerator with matching handles. What is not to love. It is quiet quieter then I thought a frig this big would be. I love that the electronic controls and LED Display on the model is different then any other brand, giving it a more stately look. Due to a number of problems with different orders I was lucky enough to get this gorgeous Refrigerator, for such a deal, I can hardly believe it. I will tell you this, Best Buy in Moreno Valley, and there associates work their tails off to make a customer happy, and I am.. If you want a gorgeous looking Refrigerator with a beautiful elegant black stainless look, large interior , a huge 3 tier freezer that offers more room in the inside, Fantastic LED LIGHTING Air Filter, and all the other features, I don't have time to mention, buy this LG Refrigerator you will be glad you did.

I bought this refrigerator as my side by side fridge was not functioning. Bestbuy matches Costco price which was great. Using this fridge for 1 month now. I was impressed with the following features: 1. Door-in-Door makes reaching often use items so easy to reach without loosing cold air in the fridge/saving energy. 2. Plenty of space 3. Effective odor control filter 4. Love Glide N Access where you can reach items in the back of the fridge. Glide N Serve drawer where there are 3 options for temp settings, separate from the rest of the fridge. 5. Ice maker is efficient and allow additional shelf on left door. 6. Freezer has plenty of space and very organized in three drawers with the biggest bottom one came with a divider. 7. Fridge operate quietly. 8. Connect and controlled by LG App plus diagnostic of energy saving and usage of the fridge. Very futuristic at work. Only concern I might have is that I see some ice around left door air vent opening. I was told that these new fridge was not built to last as they are used to several years ago. Time will tell. Very Happy with my purchase!!

I love this refrigerator. I did not think I would find the door in a door useful, but now I can't imagine not having this feature. It has beautiful LED lighting which I also did not think was that important, but with the refrigerator door open and Michigan being so dark all winter you won't believe how well you can see everything. The extra middle drawer in the produce section is so useful and the deli drawer can be set for whatever temperature you want to use the drawer for. The freezer has an extra shelf which works great for flash freezing fruit and meatballs etc on a tray. And it is QUIET! There are 2 ice makers so if the small one in the door isn't enough for parties you can turn on the big one in the freezer drawer. And a 10-year warranty. I only wish this exact refrigerator was made in the 33 inch.

Bought this in stainless black. This is a very pretty finish from LG. Not all black stainless are the same. Door in door feature is excellent. Lots of space. Ice maker is smaller than previous fridge but not a problem for us. Delivery and install were excellent. At times I can hear it doing it’s thing but I would still purchase this.

The design of this refrigerator was well thought out for usefulness and practicality. There is a spot for everything with plenty of extra space for miscellaneous items or leftovers. We were especially pleased that two full gallons of milk fit inside one tray in our door-in-door. The custom chill drawer is wide and deep and holds 1 1/2 times the capacity of just the meat/cheese tray of a 3 door.

We bought this fridge because our Samsung went out. It was less than six months old and had to be replaced. People warned us but we didn’t listen. That being said don’t buy a Samsung. This fridge has been so much better. Love the ice maker in the door rather than the top of the fridge bc it saves space. I love the door in door feature. Also there is more orginaztion to the freezer area than my Samsung. I like that there is a separate button for ice and water so you don’t have to push buttons on a panel to switch from ice to water. Just a simple movement of the cup.

First time with black stainless and we love the look of this fridge. It definitely hides fingerprints, you can actually use your finger to clean away a smudge. Love the door in door and options for configuring the shelves. The freezer has tons of space too. We have eight people in the house and it works great for us. The ice maker in the door is great and there’s a bin for ice in the freezer drawer if you want to store some extra. We highly recommend this fridge for others. We got all LG black stainless appliances together and they look great in our new kitchen, which has white cabinets.

We replaced a 10 year old refrigerator with this model. The black stainless is very attractive and does not show dirt and prints like the older stainless did. Love the linear compressor. It's very quiet and efficient. The interior is spacious and well designed. We were able to put all of our food back with lots of room left over. Everything is easily visible so we minimize the problem of not knowing what we have in the refrigerator.

We've only had this about 2 weeks but so far loving it. I'll never have another refrigerator without door in door! That is my favorite feature. Fingerprints wipe away easily. Doesn't have a very large ice container but has so far been sufficient for our family of four. It's nice that it has the extra ice container in the freezer. We just empty the ice into that when having company and the ice maker makes more ice relatively quickly.

This refrigerator is well worth the money. Spacious, clean looking and the Black Stainless steel looks amazing. No more fingerprints and freezer is exceptional. Love how the ice maker is small and takes up little space. Generates plenty of ice so no worries there. Recommend to everyone to purchase this!!!!

I have only had my new refrigerator for a short while but I love it. The size is great! Everything is easy to find inside. The black stainless is so much better than my old stainless as it can be wiped clean with water and does not show any water spots. The ice maker capacity is a little small but I dump it into the bin in the freezer to be sure to have enough ice on hand at all times. The door in door feature is a bit of a gimmick and I could have done with or without it. The fridge is a bit louder than my old one but it is still relatively quiet. I was surprised to find out that this model has wifi and I have an app on my phone now that will alert me if the temp is not holding or if certain settings are changed. I can also turn on turbo ice or vacation mode from my phone to prepare for a party or save energy when traveling. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and I will be updating the rest of my kitchen appliances to black stainless within the year.

Holds alot of fresh and frozen food, the black stainless finish is great, and this ice maker is working so much better than the Samsung that went out 3 times in a year and a half, Best Buy and the Geek squad were awesome at helping to replace my Samsung...always buy extended warranty

Completely stopped cooling after having it for less than three years. That’s not even the worst part. LG’s customer service had been so bad that I will never buy from them again out of fear of having to deal with the warranty process again. Before all of this, the fridge worked great! I love the size, the ice/water dispenser, all of it. It’s was the perfect product... But I wouldn’t spend another $3600 on it.

After having the product for about 3 weeks now i'm very pleased with the refrigerator. The refrigerator has plenty of space and works just as designed. I also like the ice maker and dispenser on this model. I think the water taste better than on my old GE refrigerator.

My favorite fridge so far. We were able to return our Samsung under our lemon clause warranty (their ice makers were horrible). We searched a lot of reviews and this fit our needs as well as the good reviews. I love being able to quick access our frequently used items through the right split front door vs the extra drawer option we were also considering. The 1/2 door minimizes losing cool air to the rest of the fridge. Our ice maker has been working well since purchase (though it can be a little noisy with the intermittent “knocking” sound as it’s filling). I love the separate trigger paddles for ice and water vs having to press a button to switch between the two.
