I loved this refrigerator for about 20 months, then the usual flaws with this product started to appear. Reviews of a product from someone who only purchased the product a short time ago does not mean anything. I also think that applies to the so called experts and their reviews. What counts to me, and I think most consumers is how a product last over a period of time. This product was definitely not worth the money spent in my opinion. That seems to also hold true with the hundreds of reviews I have read on the internet, and the details of class action lawsuits that are pending or in the works. My only wish is that I had researched the feedback of customers that had purchased this or similar LG refrigerators over a year or two of ownership. The repair man has just left my home for the second time unable to repair the problem with my $3500.00 LG refrigerator.

We love this refrigerator! It's difficult to keep fresh, healthy food around but if you don't have room in your refrigerator to store it, it makes things even worse! The shelves and drawers provide exceptional organization options and having the peek-a-boo door is great for the stuff we use most often. Putting the ice maker in the door rather than in the shelving area make a huge difference. The refrigerator drawer works great for cheeses, wine, yogurts, etc. This works wonderful with kids always needing snacks.

We are a family of five that includes two teenage boys so food and drink are constantly being replenished. with the purchase of this fridge our grocery store trips have been cut in half be cause of the 29.7 cu ft of storage. The features are easy to operate and the stainless steel is smudge/fingerprint proof.

Quite simply the best fridge we have ever had! I was skeptical that this was the right option but my wife was insistent that this was the right one and she was right! It has so much usable space, the storage in the door is genius, the ice and water make are great and the extra storage in the drawers just make this the best fridge we have ever owned!

Didn’t want a middle drawer, now love it. Fridge is so quiet it barley purrs. Drawers glide free and quietly. Doors open/close like a nuclear airlock. Shelves that create additional room with just a push. Freezer has 3 drawers in a drawer. Just buy it and enjoy your kitchen even more than you thought possible.

Awesome, every inch has storage space, no wasted space. The only bad thing I can say is the Ice maker capacity is a little low with 4 adults and 2 children in the house, however, since the ice maker takes up very little space, it leaves more space for storage.

Inside is bigger than I expected. The lighting inside the fridge looks elegant. I wish the doors for the fridge was French style instead of drawers. It's kind of hard to organize.

We are very happy with our refrigerator and really like the convenience of its special features like door-in-door and cooling drawer and low profile ice maker. When we first installed it we were concerned that the freezer wasn't getting cold enough. It turns out that when there were more items in the freezer it kept cold better.

We got this fridge after our one month old Frigidaire ice maker died. We love this fridge. We have 6 people in our household and most days have no trouble with it making enough ice for everyone. It has lots of room and we like being able to open the “outside” door on the right to grab things quickly.

I bought the Geek Squad coverage with this fridge thinking they would help if anything happened to my fridge. Nope they don't. Fridge broke down in less than a year and Geek Squad wants me to call LG and have them fix it for me. LG said they can come out in 12 days to repair it. 12 days without a fridge. Thanks Bestbuy. Never will I buy anything this expensive from Bestbuy again.

I love this fridge. The door in a door feature is perfect for drinks, gallon and cans/bottles. The third drawer is perfect for meats and cheeses. Also great for things like berries that get squished if you put them in the fruit bin. The only bad thing about it is the ice maker. On weekends when we are home, we are lucky if we make it half way through the day before it is out of ice.

All the space a family needs. The door in door for easy access to frequently used items is very convenient. The flex temperature draw is great. And we all love the filtered water and ice through the door. Very versitlal with many options for shelf movement and slides.

We love the look of the black stainless steel although it does show a lot of fingerprints from the kids. With that said, its easy to wipe clean and does not show water streaks. The fridge is spacious and we love the door in door feature and the middle drawer feature for kids snacks, lunch meats and yogurts. One minor concern is that there is not a lot of storage on the doors for dressings, ketchup and mustard (especially larger bottles) and there is not a lot of space for tall items like soda bottles and gallon jugs. However, we have not played around with the shelf adjustments so once we do that, maybe that issue will be less of a concern. The water flow is great and we love the smaller sized ice cubes.

We like everything about the refrigerator. Love the drawer that allows you to adjust the temperature. Tons of storage. Door in door is fantastic. The only negative (and why it is a 4 not a 5) is that I am unable to reach to the back of the top shelf...and shelf movement is kind of limited in the refrigerator. Also, we are not sure what to put in the "easy reach" sliding doors (lunch meat?) When you are buying ... make sure you visualize where you would put everything, especially tall items. We are very happy with our decision - as we compared so many!

This refrigerator is designed well and holds a lot of items. The middle drawer is a great place to put stuff for children as it is easy for them to get drinks and/or snacks. The freezer is a great size and I can separate items either into the drawer, sliding shelf, or in the bottom area for larger items.

I love the spaciousness of our new refrigerator. I really love the ease of changing the filter. The slim ice maker on the door is fantastic!I The third drawer is the best addition and I would recommend this refrigerator as the best one ever!

Love this refrigerator. It cools wonderfully and is very practical and easy to use. There is so much space in both the freezer and refrigerator compartments! It is wonderful to store things in different areas by categories so easy to then find food items.Water and ice features are great.

This refrigerator has a lot of space and looks great. I have not had any issues with this. The water from the door comes out clear and cold.

We purchased this fridge specifically for the numerous compartments to put foods. Compartmentalizing all the various products brought home from grocery shopping has been excellent; especially when salad shopping. Originally, I did not want the door in door feature(at all). Now that I have it, I love it. The middle drawer has been fantastic. We put all of our immediate access snacks/ready eat grab and go foods, and are able to separate/divide each of our foods into our own sections using movable dividers in drawer. I also did not want the third middle pull out in the freezer, but now find it handy for things such as a box of pirogies. This fridge is SILENT. I never hear even a hum. No ice noise either! Am I just really lucky or is this thing that good?! The only complaint I guess I'd have is the water dispenser is not my favorite. Not a big deal, just a minor annoyance in the design execution. Yes, I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

Easily see and reach everything in this unit. Amazing lighting. Super easy access to ice maker. The chilled water filter is hidden out of sight; but here's a little secret...it's right up front and so easy to change when the time comes. This is the best refrigerator and freezer we've ever owned!
