This fridge looks great in the kitchen. Our other appliances are stainless steel with black accents and this black stainless drive compliments nicely. There is so much room for food storage and the adjustable shelves make it easy to customize. There is plenty of door space for condiments, milk, etc. I thought the door in door was silly but after having it, I love the easy access. Even the person in my house who thought the “knock light” was silly now admits that they really like it. The drawer is great for easy access to drinks and snacks. So far the fridge seems to be great on temps and keeps the milk good and cold in the door. So far extremely happy with it.

Initially, we were thrilled with the LG 29.7 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French InstaView Door-in-Door Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Refrigerator. The innovative features and sleek design made it a standout in our kitchen. However, our love for this appliance quickly faded due to numerous repairs. Over a span of four years, we had to repair the refrigerator four times. This included replacing the fan twice, thankfully under warranty. But the most significant issue came with a compressor failure that required an out-of-warranty replacement. Even after this costly repair, the refrigerator never returned to its proper working condition. Ultimately, this sad refrigerator ended up in the local landfill, and we replaced it with a new G.E. model just in time for Thanksgiving. While the LG refrigerator had fantastic features, the lack of durability and reliability was a major disappointment. I would not recommend this product based on our experience.

This large fridge gives us plenty of room. That together with the The French door style makes it easier to find what we are looking for. The door-in-door feature also aids efficiency. I purchased a model without the second ice-maker and now think I made a mistake because this model only dispenses a few cubes at a time, so I may have to have a second stash of cubes kept on the side.

Best purchase ever, just have to get use to all the space. Have to buy lots of food to fill this Refridgerator. I love to organize all the food. Love the see thru door. Tall items can be a challenge. Its like a puzzle once you figure things out you wanna stand there and look at it all. Lots of nook and crannies to put stuff. I'm in love.

It’s been a month since we had the refrigerator so far so good, as long as I get 15 years I will be very happy. I do love the door in door feature very much as we can easily fit 1 Gallon Milk container and other breakfast items in the door so they are easily accessible thru the glass door and you don’t have to open the whole refrigerator. Knock knock feature is cool, but not very useful in my mind though kids love it. I like the size of the refrigerator, we can fit lot of things and to be honest though it sticks out 6 inches from my counter tops it does not look bad at all. I was originally concerned about it when I initially bought it, but it truly not a concern anymore, I rather have something practical vs. counter depth version that is not very practical. I uses stainless steel wipes to wipe the outside surface as it does get fingerprints overtime, but with these stainless steel wipes things become just like new. The freezer has 2 built in trays that pull out and the freezer itself is huge. The drawer above the freezer is more of a chiller or can act as a extended refrigerator, so far we have not found a good use for it yet. I just got the 4 door version as there was only $200 difference between 3 door and the 4 door. Overall great design and a good refrigerator that is doing what it suppose to do.

We love the Door-in-Door feature and the InstaView is awesome! The black stainless is beautiful and fingerprint resistant! There is plenty of space in the fridge and freezer sections. The separate drawer in the middle is great for can drinks, sandwich meats, and other items that you use most often. The downfall is it doesn't hold a lot of ice but it does have a rapid ice feature. We don't use much ice so it is perfect for us. We would rather have the extra room for food storage. The Best Buy associates that delivered it were so careful not to damage our sealed concrete floors. The unit is so large that they had to completely remove all the doors and drawers to get it through our front door. They took their time to disassemble and reassemble them without leaving a scratch on unit. Thank you Best Buy for EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

We had to replace our other fridge due to a lightning strike, and I've only had this Fridge for just over month, but so far I'd recommend it. The ice dispenser has been improved from the others that I have had, and doesn't lose ice on the floor as others I have used. The Door-In-Door feature has been very useful, plus has been a large space saver for the rest of the fridge. And the space inside this fridge has been more than enough for our family of 4. Overall it's been a much needed upgrade over the fridge that we had before.

This refrigerator is awesome! So much space. Love the door in door. The extra drawer is great and can set to desired temperature as to what you are storing in that drawer. Tons of freezer space! Overall glad we spent the extra money for this one! Went grocery shopping and before I was cramming things in and now you cannot even tell went to store! 10/10!

The entire experience from purchase to delivery/install and using for first time was a very pleasant experience. I was prepared for the usual (as previous reviews had stated) ice maker problems. They did come but the online Geek Squad solved that issue...seems there was either an improper seal in the discharge chute or ice bin was causing the malfunctioning. They sent out a new assembly (which is a plug n play btw) and that took care of the issue. Haven’t had a party requiring massive ice usage as yet but when that time comes I figure the huge freezer can hold enough reserve so no one will go without (Even commercial ice makers have issues with meeting demands so be a realist). 5 Liter wine box’s require retracting the sliding shelf and might call for you to think outside the box typical positioning. Make sure you shut the doors in the REVERSE order of opening (show n tell your youngsters) as it could be a costly repair. No doubt the visual door within the door will more than cover any price difference by reducing cold air loss. It is a whole lot of fridge that will require a whole lot of space...make it fit, it’s worth it and you won’t be disappointed.

I've never hugged an appliance before. It really is absolutely astounding how good this fridge is. The amount of space inside defies reason. My family uses the mini door constantly. The middle drawer is more useful than I ever imagined. The freezer is magnificently well organized. The ice machine is a dream. I really hope this convinces someone who's on the fence to buy this fridge, it'll be the best appliance you've ever owned.

Ok, this fridge isn't perfect, but it's darn close! We brought this to replace our old counter depth refrigerator, which looked very pretty, but was functionally annoyingly too small. This new fridge is fantastically large!! It doesn't come without faults - the ice maker is too small, but the freezer space is large enough to accomodate a second ice bin or a bag of ice. We did have a problem with our refrigerator - upon delivery, the light in the Instaview Door was way too sensitive. It would come on randomly if you walked past the fridge, if you looked at it wrong, breathed too heavily. Anything would cause the light to come on. I called LG customer service and they didn't hesitate to send out a local repair tech. They ordered a few parts and replaced them and the fridge now works perfectly. Extremely happy with the customer service of Best Buy and LG.

We bought this about a year ago as we moved into a new house, and we love it. Before buying this, it hadn't bought a refrigerator in about 10 years, so we had not kept up with all the fancy options available, but we did have some simple requirements in mind. First, our previous fridge had french doors with the freezer on one side and the refrigerator on the other side. That seemed great at first, but we came to find out both the freezer and fridge were just too narrow for a lot of uses. For example, a big turkey would barely fit in the freezer, and after being cooked it could not fit in the fridge on a big platter. And, most importantly, the fridge was too narrow to fit a pizza box. I knew our next fridge would have to be wide enough for left over pizza boxes! Which brings us to the LG 4-door French InstaView. We love the big freezer! It's wide enough and deep enough that it holds anything we've thrown at it. On the fridge side, the door-within-a-door seemed unnecessary at first, but it turns out that we really do only use that smaller door most of the time. But when we do have bigger items, like a pizza box, both doors open easily and the fridge is plenty wide to hold those bigger items. What about the instaview? We rarely use it, but we didn't expect to use it a lot. We liked it for the novelty and because our granddaughter gets a kick out it! Otherwise, not very important for us, but it does have a cool factor.

This fridge has so much space! Everything is functional and easy to use. I feel like my produce lasts longer than ever before in the crisper drawers. The only cons I've noticed is that the ice maker is small, compared to other fridges. Also, the middle drawer, it would be nice if you could apply a different setting to each side. But all in all these are minor complaints. It's a gorgeous addition to our home.

This refrigerator has all of the features that we were looking for. Its even better in person. The purchase and delivery through Best Buy was effortless. I would highly recommend both this item and Best Buy to my family and friends.

Beautiful fridge. First time buying without touching and feeling but it was exactly as described. The delivery install team was excellent! The fridge is spacious as is the freezer and its 3 doors which is great to separate. Plus the deli area or bottled wine. My kids love tapping the right door to see what is inside. Love this!
