Fridge has great space and convenient door in door. This fridge keeps everything cool including the milk. So far we have not thrown away any vegetables like we did every week with our old fridge. We love the double ice maker which includes the craft ice.

Three years old and I have had no issues. Very efficient and dependable , usable space and features. Love the door-in feature. Ice maker works fine but if I had a wish list — would be to make and or store more ice.

For the most part this has been great. We occasionally, inexplicably get a 1F or IF code. Only once or twice has there been some ice buildup in the back of the freezer area that we think caused it. Other times, we simply reset the fridge by unplugging/plugging back in. We have been working with our kids to be more vigilant about making sure the doors close all the way, and that perhaps was causing it because this year we are having that issue much less frequently. Very deep and lots of storage.

Our 8 year old LG similar model stopped cooling but the ratings for this model were high so we are trying again. We are happy with the same large size, hard to go smaller now. Nice looking and features. We do not like the door in door. Much less room for drinks, condiments etc. And from what i read not cool enough to put milk. The drawers also only pull out so far which is hard to get items in the back without pulling the drawer past the stops. Cools well, quiet. Like the space saver ice in door still even though it's capacity is much smaller. Makes ice as good as our old one. Second ice ball drawer is neat but probably not usable much for us and is loud when those balls drop. Overall happy with the purchase.

This is my third LG refrigerator I’ve owned and i keep coming back. Its suoer quiet, looks great and has great features. I haven’t t always loved ice in the door because it tends to clump up but so far I havent seen that with this one. And speaking of ice the ball ice is pretty spectacular. I dont know how I’ve lived withiut it. Overall I love this unit.

Lots of storage space, runs very quietly. The door in door feature is nice with younger kids who often only need to grab a drink or condiments.

We can’t be happier with our new fridge. Super large capacity and metal lining keeps cooling distributed evenly. Very quite and Craft ice balls are great. Worth the money!

This is a great refrigerator! I have now had it just over a year and it works as good today as it did when it first arrived. There is a lot of space to keep everything organized without just piling everything on top of each other. It keeps food cold consistently throughout the unit.

Was mostly just trying to get a fridge that would keep our food cold since our newer Samsung fridge kept icing up. This fridge caught our attention on a showroom floor and had everything we were looking for from the door in door feature, French doors and plenty of freezer space. The metallic interior and the 2nd ice machine that makes ice globes was just extra icing on top. The handles and some of the water line clips had to be removed to fit it through my 3 foot door which was kind of a hassle, but it isn’t a huge deal. Only been a couple weeks so 5 star rating isn’t really appropriate.

The Door-in-Door is the best I've seen and has the most shelves for storing things. Lots of space, and I love the 2 ice-makers.

We have had this fridge for about a month. I love the door in door. Still getting use to where everything goes. Not as much door shelf space as before. But it is still worth it. We love the craft ice. At first it was something that just came with the fridge, until we figured out those ice balls go great in our reusable water bottles. We were just told how nice it was for alcohol drinks. Ice doesn’t melt fast.

Had a Samsung refrigerator that kept having issues. So we decided to replace it with the LG. It has been working great. I love the craft icemaker. Having the ice maker in the door really opens up so much space in the main refrigerator shelves. It seems to accumulate moisture/fog on the shelves/drawers when the door is open a little faster than our old refrigerator, but not causing any issues. Plenty of space for everything. Came with free installation and had them take away our old one as well. They installers were very professional and were careful not to scratch floors, or walls, etc.

This is still very new to us. It seems to utilize all its space very well. One critique I have, is it would be nice to be able to open the "deli" drawer without opening both main doors. But since the drawer spans the whole fridge, you can only slightly open it to reach small things in the front of the drawer. I love the round sphere ice cubes for drinks. They could be slightly bigger to increase their time of staying frozen, but a nice feature to have for sure. The freezer has lots of space, as well.

I've had this for a week. It was on back order. There is a ton of space. I just have to figure out the best way to organize everything. Love the door in door. Keeps the kids (and me) from opening the doors and staring to see what we want and keeps the snacks from getting buried in the back of a drawer. I was worried about the craft ice maker because it wasn't producing ice at first. Did some research moved the temp to -4 and there was ice the next morning. Not a necessity but actually like the craft ice.

My only complaint so far (2 weeks ownership) is that the bins on the doors are very narrow. Going from a side by side this will take some getting used to. It is rather slow on ice production, especially the craft ice. Freezer is really big and is separated nicely. Overall I really like the refrigerator. Door in door is very handy. Finish is easy to keep clean. Fingerprints wipe right off. I do recommend this as it is very large and bright inside.

Would purchase this frig again in a heartbeat! Have had this frig for about three months. The door in door is VERY convenient! Love the french doors and adjustable shelves. There are two icemakers (one dispenses through the door and one kraft ice). The extra "tray" in the freezer makes organizing your freezer easier.

I love this refrigerator! Nice BIG produce drawers. Great configuration on door-in-door. Quite enjoy the ice and water dispenser, and the craft ice is fabulous. Honestly bought this for the drawer capacity - I eat a lot of veggies and salads and fruits and this fridge keeps all nice and crisp.

Was not able to find a floor model for an in-person examination, so purchased based on online information and photos. I was very surprised at how much usable room this has, especially compared to my prior similar Kitchenaid. Main Ice Maker is very efficient. Craft Icemaker takes longer to get going (as the globes/balls are much larger). Very thoughtfully designed. I'm very happy with this purchase (and no, I don't own LG stock)

We went from a counter depth fridge to this full depth one and the size different is very noticeable. Also I was luke warm on the idea of the beverage door and it is by far our most used feature. Much more convenient than I thought it would be. We don’t have any craft ice yet but the manual suggest it may take 48 hour before it start popping out ice.
