New but is working well. Very quiet running compared to one that was several years old. Double layer door is useful design after getting used to it. Like slightly smaller ice, easy to put in water bottles. Ice maker and water filter designed to be easy access, very important.

We have only had the refrigerator for a week, but we love it! We replaced a 6 or 7 year old Samsung french door that had not made ice in years and required frequent deicing. Our hope is that the LG will be far more reliable. The fridge is huge, looks good, and i find the engineering and use of space to be very well done.

We were forced into making a new refrigerator purpose because a 4 year old one died while we were on vacation. We have been very happy with this addition. I like the black stainless steel and it was in stock with only a few days lead time for delivery. Family already loves the craft ice and the door-in-door feature has been a great bonus.

We love this fridge!! Thought about it forever, finally were forced to pull the trigger when our freezer went out and it’s been the best decision!! Every day it brings joy when we open it to so much space. The craft ice balls are awesome. Yes, slightly annoying to have to always tell it to make them but worth it. No complaints so far!

We love this fridge. We needed much more space thencame with the stock fridge in our new build home. This fridge more then accommodates our needs. It runs super quiet and has plenty of inventive storage areas within the fridge.

The good: Huge interior space - I honestly probably could have bought a smaller fridge Craft ice - we love these for drinks, and the long-lasting balls are great in the summer. Tall water dispenser with measured pour - I use this daily for my protein shakes. Door-in-door - it's great to have some convenient items without opening the whole fridge, and the middle shelf is really easy to adjust. Freezer arrangment - I like have two drawers and a tray between them for thin items. the Bad - The bottom shelf - in each door, they are nearly useless, because it's very low in height and difficult to manuver into and out of. I didn't even see the bottom shelf in the left door, because it's so far back und the ice maker. The meat and cheese drawer at the bottom of the main compartment requires you to open both doors to access. The packaging - SO. MUCH. PLASTIC. FILM.

Just purchased 2 weeks ago! We love the slim in-door ice maker that gives us more room on the shelves. The door within a door is a must have feature!!! You can quickly grab a drink or condiment without opening the entire door! We love this!! Easy to clean finish and we are completely pleased with our purchase!

Love this fridge. The craft ice is definitely a plus for those who love to entertain or make it fun in kids drinks. An incredible amount of space in the fridge and freezer. The only downside is egg and butter storage. I saved my egg holder from my other fridge which came in handy. Love it!!!

We love the little door to open to just grab all the 'regulars'. We also love the craft ice machine. We used to have to fill the little molds but it's so nice to just open the freezer and there they are! The fridge is a perfect size and the drawers for the fruit and veggies are pretty big.

I love this fridge! I love the craft ice balls it makes. This was the main reason I purchased this model. This unit is huge with a lot of functional adjustable shelves and almost 30 cubic ft of space. Super happy with this.

This refrigerator is fantastic. The storage areas are excellent. Our favorite part is the craft ice. It makes ice at a rate to keep up with us. That is a challenge. It is a beautiful as well.

Absolutely the best refrigerator hands down with the space, and not to mention the 2 drawers, plus the bottom area in this freezer area is just fantastic.

Sooo much room!!! Very clean looking and the craft ice capability is a great addition. Im loving the smart wifi features that lets you keep and eye on your fridge with simple settings changes and lets you know when it recommends changing the filter.

Second LG as 9 year old failed probably due to electric spikes. New LG is much better in areas of ice maker, water/ice dispenser. Also like the door in door feature where you can open outer door for frequent items without opening main door and letting cold air out. Great product!

We have only had for just short of a month, love it so far. The size is was a major factor and it is big, door in door is really a great feature. The finger print resistance is also great, old stainless fridge had to use a special polish, don't miss that.

It's nice. To me, a lot of storage area. Easy to change air and water filter. Can change the temp on the produce/meats drawers, oh and makes circled ice cubes for them whisky drinkers ;). So far so good.

We purchased our first LG appliance due to shortages on some other products. We love this refrigerator and the extra ice is a bonus. There is so much room and having the door-in-door is a great way to grab the items we use in a regular basis.

I've had this refrigerator for around 7 months now and have had zero issues with it. It is very nice looking and has a ton of room inside. The craft ice maker is awesome! Time will tell, but so far it's a great unit.

This refrigerator has exceeded our expectations. The finish is beautiful. The inside is spacious...more room in the freezer than expected. The two options for ice is great as well. We've only had the fridge for a couple months but are very pleased.

This was a gift for my daughter and she loves it. So easy to clean. Temp sets are stable. It’s so roomy for all kids, and leftovers. Her kids love it compared to the one door old fashioned looking fridge they had previously
