Spacious, functional, and the extra ice is awesome! The new design for the water dispenser is much better than the previous LG refrigerator we had.

I've only had my LG refrigerator for two days, but so far I love it! The door-in-door feature is a big plus and I love the craft ice!!

The refrigerator is nice the space on the inside is good but if you want to stand tall things up you are limited. It does have one shelf in the middle on the right side that slides half way in but it still is not enough tall space for me. The shelving on the door is so small that I use them for my six year old juice boxes. If you go three or more days without using the ice it will jam up which I don’t like.

Purchased this to replace our 14 year old LG fridge. Love all the space and easy access door. The craft ice is a fun feature to have.

This thing has a lot of space and the craft Ice makes it worth every penny. Best fridge to date.

I like this refrigerator so far. It’s very spacious, sturdy, pretty. The craft ice balls a a nice touch. And I love the 3rd drawer in freezer, I can organize better

Did we NEED craft ice? No, but it is so cool!! What we DID need was the little outside door that saves on the wear and tear on the French door hinge that caused us to give up our last LG refrigerator that we loved for 10 years. I like the roominess of the two drawers instead of the three drawers we had in our last LG. We were able to find this model at the outlet store, so, in full disclosure, we didn’t pay the full price. I may have felt differently about the outside door and craft ice if we had. We still would have gone with LG though.

Great refrigerator. I appreciate the large available shelves, the large freezer. I hear regular noise, but my room is small and my floor is tile! I would have loved to know in advance about the water pressure needed to fill both ice makers from the reverse osmosis. This is an issue for the "craft ice". If it was stated, I totally missed it. My kitchen is bright. I got the fingerprint proof, black stainless and it blends well with my regular stainless stove and dishwasher. The upper ice maker has no issues. Funny there is not a drip tray for the water dispenser, but I have not had any issue, it is probably better.

Love it! Door in Door was a better feature than we thought and while we didn't want the craft ice, it makes for a fun addition.

This refrigerator has lots of space that is well organized and easy to access. We actually had our sights on a lesser model without the quick access door but due to availability and long lead times we went with this upgrade. I wouldn’t say that the quick access door is completely necessary and honestly can be hard to remember at times. This was also our first french door refrigerator and came from a side-by-side unit in our last house. The water doesn’t seem to be as cold as our last fridge but I’m guessing that’s because the water line doesn’t run through the freezer like our last one.

Refrigerator is great - we had the last model and loved it but had to replace due to the freezer ice maker not working. I actually like the drawers in the new one better than the last. The only downfall to this refrigerator is the Craft Ice. We only would buy a model with the in-door and freezer ice maker, but the craft ice is a huge disappointment. With 6 people in our household, who all use a lot of ice, 6 balls of ice per day does not cut it.

We’ve had the refrigerator for a month and so far it is performing beautifully. Have monitored the refrigerator and freezer temperatures and both are holding well in acceptable ranges. Both ice makers are working well. The craft ice maker only makes about 6 ice balls per day. I give 4 stars because we haven’t had it long and my previous 2 refrigerators never maintained temperature & ice maker performance longer than 2-3 years!

well I would have given a 5 star however i was off working as i travel with my job got home and the craft ice maker is not working so ugh also the meat drawer is no good it’s weird how it slides open the whole lid comes off insane it drives me crazy i miss my cadillac samsung that thing was a king i called 3 techs out here not a one would touch it my son simply unstopped it and now she sings agin i should talk him into trading me this new one back for my old cadillac lol

Great Fridge! Plenty of space for food for my family of 7! And my husband loves the Craft Ice!

Kids love the door in door feature for quick snacks n drinks without having to open up the entire fridge. Love the dual ice maker and water dispenser!
