Ice Balls come out flat on one side so about 90% round. More importantly the ice ball maker broke in the 1st few months. Service was great and fixed with in a week with very little effort on my end. Rated 3 stars because the ice balls are a key benefit of this fridge.

Limited ice cube supply on the lower unit even though it’s a huge tray. It’s was not my choice unit. The one I wanted was on 6 month back order.
