One of LG's subcontractors came out and fixed, but it took 2 weeks for them to come out. Luckily, we had a mini fridge to get us by, but it was very inconvenient. The LED light under the water dispenser went out after a year as well which is super disappointing. We have no idea how to fix it. The ICE plus feature is nice, but if you use it excessively, it will cause the freezer to over compensate and stops producing ice altogether. It made these horrible grinding noises, and we thought the fridge was a goner for sure. It eventually corrected itself. The fridge is very spacious, and the freezer holds so much that you won't need for extra space. Overall, it's been just okay because of the problems. I probably wouldn't purchase it again. It's still running though, and we purchased on 8/17/21.

Great Experience with Best Buy
