Very pleased we bought this refrigerator. Has plenty of room and shelves on doors are very well designed and add a lot of space. All works properly. However, the delivery by Geek Squad was less than satisfactory. It took 3 deliveries to get the refrigerators. The first time, the appliance was damaged and I did not accept it. We scheduled another delivery. The second attempted deliver was frustrating as the delivery people thought we already had the new refrigerator in the house and their job was only to install. But of course we had not yet received the refrigerator. The third time it worked out. Each time we removed all the food from refrigerator and freezer, moved furniture to ease delivery, so you can imagine it was inconvenient. But we do now have a wonderful refrigerator

Things to consider after having this LG refrigerator for about two weeks now. This was replacing a pathetic Samsung French-door fridge we had for about 12 years but never worked right. Water in door - works surprisingly well. I did not want the iced make in the door because it takes up precious storage room in the refrigerator (though the water reservoir does take away a little space in the left door). Fills with a nice stream of water and there is no issue filling a 64oz water bottle pretty quickly. Surprisingly, there are no drips once you let go of the fill button. Ice Maker - This was my biggest concern. My Samsung iced maker was totally inconsistent and neve make enough ice for my family. After first getting this fridge going I was disappointed on it's ice production, but after about 3 to 4 days it's doing very well. It seems to drop allot more ice per cycle than my old one. I hope it keeps it up! Size - This is a bit larger inside that my old fridge, seems deeper. I like that the water filter is recessed giving more shelf room. Concerns and other observations - The shelves in the door are not adjustable but seemed to be spaced usefully. -Left door feels heavy compared to the right door because of the water storage. -I would have rather had a solid black instead of the "chrome black" that just looks like a coating over the stainless unit. I do have concerns about the finish holding up. -This "single freezer drawer" unit seems to have more freezer storage that the "two freezer drawer" units, FYI. All in all, seems to be a decent unit. There is lots of room inside refrigerator and freezer. The water dispenser doesnt take up space on inside of door. Con: shelving in refrigerator is not adjustable.

Following Consumers Report ratings chose LG brand refrigerator. Our previous refrigerator was a Kenmore, most likely manufactured by LG and had only a water dispenser in the door which we preferred. Ice was dispensed into storage tub inside freezer section. Our preference. By choosing Black Stainless finish we were able to get our replacement refrigerator delivered several weeks earlier than we could have if we chose the standard stainless finish. Important when you are trying to get by with only a small garage refrigerator. Happy with black stainless finish. Far more storage capacity in new LG than the Kenmore we previously had. Removal of old refrigerator and installation of new LG refrigerator by Geek Squad went smoothly. Good experience.

Needed a refrigerator/freezer to replace a side by side that died after almost 20 years. This unit packs a huge amount of storage in a fairly average space. We have plenty of space to keep food for a family of 7 with most of them teenagers! Not having a water dispenser and ice dispenser together saves a large amount of space in the door. Multiple compartments makes it easy to separate foods and adjust humidity for fruits and vegetables.

So far so good. Looks really nice. They guys from best buy were excellent though! They went above and beyond!

We’ve only had it a week but this refrigerator is impressive in size and features. We replaced a smaller LG that only lasted 6 years so I’m hoping this model will be much more reliable and keep going longer than that. The water dispenser is great too! I have an LG kitchen and their appliances look beautiful.

I truly is the perfect fridge for our home. The perfect amount of storage space in both fridge and freezer, beautiful silver metal design, and it’s an LG. Also, I love having the ice maker separate from the water dispenser. It may seem like more work but based on my experience with other fridges and the ice machine not working I’ll never look back.

I love the size of the refrigerator. It beeps when the doors are open but they beep pretty fast. The doors are spacious but you cannot adjust the shelves in the door. It’s nice to adjust the shelves in the refrigerator. My biggest complain is one of the doors does not stay open regardless of if I push it open all the way it will fall shut. The freezer is a decent size. It’s best not to keep boxes because they catch on the top drawer in it.

This is our second LG fridge. We love them. It’s spacious and worth it to get a slightly larger one. I do miss the ice maker with crushed ice option on the top but overall. It has been working great. We paid to have it installed and our old one hauled away and that was definitely worth it.

Beautiful fridge with lots of space for everything you cook and buy! With 29 cubic feet, it is much larger than our old fridge. I love the stainless steel look and feel - keeping things clean on the outside. The icemaker works great - much better than the old style icemakers. Bright LED lights help too - so much brighter - makes all my food look better. Improvement areas: 1) I was surprised that this stuck out quite a bit farther into the kitchen than my old cabinet depth one. That's on me. 2) The specs say that the water dispenser should dispense cold water but I haven't found it to be as cold as I would like. Thank goodness for the numerous ice cubes in the freezer to help with that!

Replaced a Samsung refrigerator. Have had the LG for a month. So far so good. Because of the ice maker in the freezer compartment, the capacity seems huge. The refrigerator is also amazingly quiet. Freezer and main compartments are consistent. I was surprised that there is not a temperature display. The refrigerator and freezer temperature “settings” are not displayed, but not the actual current temperatures of the two compartments. I put a thermometer in the refrigerator compartment, and use the consistency of ice cream to give me an idea of freezer temperature. Other than that minor issue, I’d recommend this unit

One of the largest capacity refrigerators you can get in a 36” wide model. It has much more room than my previous 26 cu. Ft. Side-by-side GE Profile model. The freezer section has a divider but don’t expect to be as organized as a side-by-side model. I’ve only had it one day as I scheduled a later delivery date but so far so good. The fridge is quiet and made a half tray of ice within the first 24 hours even though the manual says it may take up to 48 hours to make ice when first plugged in. Overall, satisfied in the short amount of time I have owned this unit.

I am pleased with the purchase and delivery experience. The sales person was friendly and helpful and the delivery was timely and completed in a professional manner. Have had the new refrigerator for only a few weeks so can't speak to longevity but the unit is working nicely and is spacious.

Exactly what we wanted. Works great, much more quiet than the last one we had. LOTS of room!

Works nicely. Looks good. No problems. Just a few minor recommendations for the next model: Wish the drawers would pull out a little more to better clear the shelving. Water is cool but not cold. Would be nice to have a soft-close.
