I got this one because of its width. Picture quality is awesome, especially with the "Six color" adjustment. I game quite a bit and the extra width definitely helps. It is about the same height as the 24" 16:9 but the extra width is sweet. No real loss of frame rates, no studdering or tearing in image. Using the displayport connection is easy.
