Good ultra wide, small vertically
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The screen is great, it is slightly smaller than a 24” 16:9 screen vertically, if you don’t mind that, then it’s great!

Different monitor view
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.not the view I was looking for but it works - maybe better if used for TV and not for computer work

Worked great for a week. Unil I moved it....
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The stand on this moniter is garbage. I moved it from one desk to the other and the stand broke and it fell on my keboard. Made a dent like a rock through a windsheild.. screen is wrecked. Now have to pay $30 just for someone to look at it, per LG. Oh well.. win some/lose some.

Great Monitor, if it works.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The monitor is a great monitor as long as its working correctly. That being said, this is the second LG Ultrawide monitor I have had problems with. Be wary when buying this monitor as well because there is almost no information online on how to troubleshoot.

Mediocre
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I could say something along the lines of, “not bad for the price” or “couldn’t ask for much more at that price point”. Then I would be shadowing my shame, and yours.

not worth it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.does not look as nice as you thick the ratio from length to height is very weird. the graphics looked very odd compared to a regular monitor.

Not easy to program
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not easy to program even with disk. Have to call to have someone come to program. Will never buy LG products. Even the tv is not programmable

Dunno never got to fully use it.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The box said Windows compatible but when I hooked it up to my HP laptop with Windows 10 (recently bought) it refused to sync properly. I called HP, LG and Windows 10 support lines all said the LG model set I bought was not fully compatible with Windows 10. I really really wanted this setup to work but was forced to return it back to Best Buy. And yes I downloaded all the software updates available before I returned it. Wayne (Bog)

Don't Buy this for Gaming!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my son to be used for gaming. Big mistake. Ultrawide does not work for gaming and the quality of the picture for this monitor is not up to par. Poor Contrast. Black not very black, etc. I returned and purchased an Asus Monitoring for Gaming and my son is very happy.

Perfect Budget Ultrawide Monitor for Gaming
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been wanting an ultra wide monitor for a while. I saw this one on sale for Black Friday. The price for an IPS, LED, ultrawide gaming monitor from LG, seemed like a no brainier for me. The colors are nice, the screen isn't quite as bright or saturated as some other screens are. but that isn't really a bad thing. Max refresh-rate of 75Hz is fine, since I don't plan to really use this game for competitive shooters. I will leave that to my 144hz 16x9 monitor. Watching movies on this is perfect. Re-watched the recent Star Wars movie on it and it fills the screen perfectly. The only con I can think of is the stand. It's awful. If you want this monitor include the price of a good VESA mount stand. It will make it much better for you. Don't have a AMD GPU so can't comment on Freesync performance.

Broke in 2 months
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had been working fine till a week ago. All i see now is a faint back-light with no display. Never had issues with LG products in the past and was a fan of LG. Appears, LG quality is going down badly. Too bad, the return window has passed.

Perfect Widescreen Monitor!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This monitor is sleek, stylish and doesn't take up much room while at the same time providing a great amount of screen space. The 2560 by 1080 resolution is perfect for those who work and play. I work from home and multitasking has been made easy with this monitor. Although two monitors technically provide more screen space, this monitor takes up significantly less desk space while providing a good amount of screen space to work with. Also, gaming is gorgeous and fun! The wide perspect greatly enhances your field of vision and the colors are perfect. This monitor pairs perfectly with my laptop's GeForce GTX 1070. I play all my games at very high settings at 60 FPS on the native resolution 2560 by 1080. I highly recommend this product!

Bought For Gaming
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I previously had a Asus 24" monitor that I used for about 2 years, then I thought of the Ultrawide monitors. I went into my local Best Buy and purchased this monitor and it is one of the best monitors that I have ever used. I have the AMD RX XFX 480 RS 8GB from Best Buy that supports FreeSync, and the FreeSync helps a lot with in game playing. I would recommenced this monitor to anyone who is looking for an ultra wide monitor for gaming
