Really nice display it’s not laminated so if you look at it from the side you can see gaps between the glass and the actual display, it doesn’t really matter since it’s a monitor

I purchased one of these new a few months ago and really like the size and image quality. I decided to add a second, but the price had increased significantly so I opted for buying an open box “excellent” unit instead of new. I often buy open box from Best Buy and had never had a bad experience until now. The monitor was not packaged anywhere close to excellent or even good quality, and hardware necessary for setting up on the stand was missing. I contacted Best Buy to ask about getting just the hardware, or a discount since the unit I was shipped only met open box fair quality (per the description), but I paid for excellent. Even though Best Buy refused to send the hardware or discount for the incorrect quality rating I tried to buy hardware to set up the monitor rather than returning it. But once I took it out of the box and started setting it up, I realized that there are parts rattling around loose inside the monitor housing, so I packaged it back up and sent it all back. A cheaper open box from another retailer arrived in like-new condition in the original packaging with all the components the next day. Definitely will not be paying for for lower quality open box from Best Buy in the future, especially considering how awful the support experience was!

What I was looking for. Graphics are great when I get on to play Beat Saber, and also when I get in VrChat. Would recommend get this monitor

Great functional monitor, been using it for work for the last month. Its been working well.

Too small diagonally, as advertised and for an IPS panel with 100 hz, the price is fair and the size is justified.

It was a so so item it came with no sound I get that most people connect their own speakers and such but it would be good in product listing for things like monitors if in product description it would state flat out no sound support

Superb clarity and ease of use. Mounted this using a desk mount and it is so light it is able to hang in any position.

My pad connect to this monitor, I can segmentation two screen on good size, I like it very much.

This is my 3rd LG wide screen. One for my wife and 2 for me. I have them stacked on top of each other creating a bigger desktop. Should have done this a long time ago.

Not as tall as my previous monitor but I like that it’s wider! It doesn’t feel as stable though and wiggles when moved. I try not to adjust it from its place though and made it work. Best Buy needs to do better quality check on open box items. Said it was excellent condition but it was missing the screws that secure the monitor to the base. Called customer support but they wouldn’t reimburse me for the hassle of having to search and buy the right size screws!
