Awesome product for the price you will not be disappointed. I love this surround system. Placed it in my garage...All my neighbors come on by everytime I open my garage .. I truly recommended.

This is the most amazing tv I’ve ever owned by far! If technology gets better than this I guess we will be able to get in the tv. Amazing picture, sound and a million different options!

I was skeptical that a sound bar would be able to deliver room filling surround, but I was pleasantly surprised. I bought this at Christmas when it went on sale for $500 after its initial price of $800. I decided to go with it after the demo that I heard in the Best Buy near my house and was blown away. I have it connected through fiber optic as my TV doesn’t have an arc hdmi capability. I can’t imagine it performing better than it does right now but I want to upgrade to an OLED in a few months so I’ll adjust the connection then. I highly recommend this sound bar if you are used to a quality traditional surround and you need or want to save the space. Definitely surpassed my expectations.

the design and appearance are amazing. The disconnecting of the subwoofer from the sounder is annoying.

I have had this soundbar for just over a year, The soundbar does not connect to the subwoofer anymore and every time I try to troubleshoot nothing works. This must be a known issue due to multiple questions online about this. There is nothing on LG.com about a solution or fix... It worked great until it didn't anymore.

Overall it gives off great sound and the google assistant feature is neat. However: I am currently having issues with Atmos sound dropping when using an apple TV and streaming 4k content from Disney +. The apple TV is connected to my TV with the TV connecting to the soundbar via eArc. The TV and Apple TV are set up to passthrough the single directly to the soundbar. I do have gigabit internet and the apple TV is using wifi for the internet connection. I am not sure if this is causing the issue, but it can become a little annoying while watching content. The image quality doesn't degrade when it happens, so I am leaning towards the issue being with the soundbar. My HDMI cable is also rated at ultra highspeed, so the cable isn't an issue either. I'd rate this a lot higher if I wasn't having the sound drop, but at this time I cannot recommend due to that issue. When it works, it works great. I'm still in the 30 day return period, so I am really considering returning it.

Nothing like the display model in the store. I bought this sound bar to go with the new TV. It had good specs and the display in the store actually worked. When my daughter hit the button on the display it made her jump. The sound was crystal clear and the bass was deep and heavy. It was just what we wanted. I saw an open box for sale so I bought that. When I got it home it hooked up easily. Again the sound was crystal clear. But the bass fell flat. I turned up every setting I could and nadda! No earth moving bass. It was disappointing. I took it back to Best Buy and bought another hoping it was the open box that had an issue. Get home again and same result. No bass. This is not the product to use for action movies, music, or any other "fun" sounds. At the price, it was a huge waste of money!

This sound system sounds amazing. I do have a little trouble getting words to match with the tv though.

Good sound, but had some issues getting the subwoofer working. To be fair that could have been user error.

Great product!!! We love the sound, the look of it, and the quality. It feels like the entire room is filled with the sound. We are extremely happy that we bought this system.

this is a good sounding unit overall.. no real sound functions to choose from all preset.

This wireless sound bar system has definitely complimented my theatre room. The quality of sound is unmatched and while sync w/ LG TV makes managing effortless. Very nice design and finish!

I love my sound bar but I probably need it set up differently with tv. I have a Lg tv. When I'm trying to turn volume up on tv the sound bar turn on sometimes. I mainly use sound bar for music and videos. I do not watch regular tv with sound bar because it drown my living room out with the different sounds. It scares my sleeping dog and comes on with google assistant spontaneously. I think after getting it set up correctly. I will love it more.

This is the model SN8YG by LG. Meridian Sound bar with google assistance Dolby digital. Sound quality is impeccable and is everything that I hoped for. Great bass too! I wanted to take the quality of sound to the next level and added the LG surround speakers. Not hugely disappointed, but they’re not full Bluetooth. Wires still connect the speakers to a receiver. And you are limited on speaker wire length. Not a deal breaker here though, as I have reached superior sound quality! Thanku LG for another great product and Thanku bestbuy for keep great products like this in your store.

This is a great sound bar for the money. Dolby Atmos and DTS:X work perfect to give immersive experience. Links to rear speaker set very easily.

Sounds good. Gets a little finicky with receiving a Dolby atmos signal. Bass is crazy loud.

Love love this sound bar it goes amazing with out new lg nano cell tv. Movies sound amazing with this addition and it was a great purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Amazing. Have been looking for a Dolby atmos setup and this thing doesn’t disappoint. Lots of bass and you have to make sure your source is atmos. Some people just can’t read.

Love the sound of my new sound bar. It makes a huge difference in the quality of the sound.
