Audio Disconnect Problems Solved

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.AUDIO DISCONNECT PROBLEMS SOLVED I too had problems with audio cutting out and having to restart the soundbar. I tried resetting and all of LG's recommendations. Before sending it to LG; I tried one last thing. My HDMI cables had colorful outer covers and looked high-end. I purchased new HDMI cables marked 4k and ethernet. I installed these between my Comcast cable box and eARC connections on LG 65" Nanocell TV and the soundbar. TV sound set to eARC, bitstream, PROBLEMS SOLVED! Don't trust that you have the proper cables.

My favorite new toy!

Some times the sound is muffled, also it has a delay with the tv . The tv or dvd will be playing but the sound doesn't start right away. Wish i would of taken it back and got something else.

A very nice soundbar

The subwoofer is present but not overwhelmingly loud and syncs automatically with the bar wirelessly. Attractive, well designed unit with good build quality. Has way more features than most people will need or want, but the complicated setup for the smart features can be skipped, and the unit is basically plug and play. Wakes up when the connected TV is turned on and automatically selects the correct input.

LG Atmos soundbar 3.1.2

The main unit sounds great, however the wireless subwoofer BLUETOOTH will not stay connected. I have moved the unit closer and the further away with no improvement. I will try some more technical adjustments to see if it improves.

Would have been nice if it was HomeKit compatible instead of Google Home, as I lost access to my Google account and now cannot add it to a new Google Home. There are better soundbars out there
