Subwoofer stopped powering on after 15 months

The subwoofer stopped powering up though and now the sound quality isn’t very good. I paid $800 for this and I thought I got the extended plan but when I looked at my receipt, it looks like I made a mistake and only bought the plan on the tv. Hopefully LG will step up and help, but you can’t just buy the subwoofer separate. A huge downfall of buying a packaged set is that you have to buy the WHOLE thing over again if just one part fails. Keep this in mind when shopping.

LG soundbar. It okay. Sometime I regret not shopping around more but this paired with the spk8-s surround speakers is a decent. Main gripes: - The base isn't very punchy. The subwoofer needs good placement or it looses connection and will cut out. - It's placed on my mantle so I'm not sure if that has an effect on atmos... if not, then I really don't get much from the atmos feature which I'm sure adds to price.
