Sound is top notch for a sound bar and it's feature rich. The only downside is no Alexa and just Google assist. The LG CX oled does both, so it would be nice if the sound bar did the same.

Good sound but lacks the full room effect I had with my very old five speaker system I had with my receiver. Has the capacity to add wireless rear speakers. So I am going to be doing that

This sound bar has a major flaw. It cuts out completely for no reason. Either while switching sources or right in the middle of playing a game or movie. The only way to fix it is to turn it off and then back on. Very frustrating. I paid almost $600 for this and I expected way more. Upon further investigation, I’m not the only one with this issue. I only wish I saw the reviews earlier. On a positive note, when it’s working it sounds pretty decent.

It’s just ok, sounds quality is just So so. I would not purchases again. Just because, there is better sounding systems, for about the same price. Will go back to a Samsung sound system.

Sounds great, gets loud, clear sound all around. Somewhat difficult to set up so have those YouTube videos ready. You need to have an app on your phone to operate all of the bar’s settings.

Very happy with my put. It was a gift to my husband. Installed easily and sounds great. I did my research and did want any too expensive but wanted quality. Mission accomplished.

This is a great soundbar, however, I purchased an "open box excellent" condition, but received the item with missing accessories. Unfortunately I will have to return this item.

I don’t have a big living room but I bought this bar after the failed attempt to fix my definitive technologies W studios. The bass on the W Studio was the best I have ever experienced. However this LG bar bar itself is far better that DT. I may consider returning it if the 5.2 gets cheaper

Levi was tech who installed my sound bar. He was very polite, knowledgeable and did a great mounting it on the wall right under the TV. He help me on where to put base for the best sound. He programmed my remote and showed me how to operate it. He cleaned up the area where he worked .

I received this item about a month ago. Awesome sound however I would recommend not mounting to the tv. I lost a little sound quality mounting it to my tv.

Quality was good The only problem turn on to the Max volume still not loud enough I was going to return But after second though I decided to keep it

Love the sound from this unit! Very cool that it also serves as a Google Home speaker. I crank the music in my living room by saying, 'Hey Google, play Michael Buble radio.' If you have Google Home, it links to your Pandora or Spotify accounts (or both).

Works very well with my 65 LG CX. Only reason why I'm giving 4 stars is sometimes no sound will come out of it so ill have to unplug it and then it works

The sound bar has great sound quality but the setup is painful to a point. You have to setup google assistant in order to use Bluetooth.

Bought this to go with LG’s 55 in OLED TV that supports Dolby Atmos. Setup was painless. Reviews were pretty good at time of purchase. Soon after hooking it up I noticed the tone dropping out of the soundbar while watching broadcast TV. It had some AI sound setting and it was happening on this setting mostly. Put it in the “movie” setting and it appeared to work fine. I wasn’t going to spend $500.00 on a soundbar and only have it work in one setting. I watched a few movies in Dolby Atmos and really couldn’t tell any difference in the effect. Reset the entire soundbar and tried it again......same thing. Thinking it was the TV I hooked up my old Samsung soundbar and it worked perfectly, no dropping in and out of the sound. I returned the soundbar to BB and got a refund. Next time I purchase a soundbar I will not spend the extra $ for Atmos. Although Atmos may be effective with a full surround system and sound great, from my experience you cannot get the effect from these soundbars.
