LG service is terrible, it's essentially a call center looking at the same manual you have, they will only "repair" it if you mail it in, or graciously offer for you to take it to a service center and pay for parts/labor. The subwoofer has stopped connecting, then progressed to no longer turning on, and only one speaker is now working on the soundbar. The sound I'm currently getting from it is worse than the builtin speakers on my TV. I would recommend looking at Sonos Arc instead, honestly anything other than LG.

The AI functions are more than I expected. Also have the wireless rears. Connected to a 65" LG nano 4k TV. The 2 electronics pair amazingly.

When watching a movie on Netflix I have to always manually change the sound to movie sound to get the best sound. The only time it switches automatically is if I'm watching Dolby Atmos content, which very little programming is made that way.
