Overall very good sound for the price paid (not for full MSRP). Once you get things dialed in and your source is at least Dolby 5.1 or full Atmos, the sound is very well defined, especially dialog from the exceptionally clear center channel. I only use Movie Mode, as all the other sound modes are kind of dull and lower in general volume. Definitely need to follow instructions and setup Google Home before LG WiFi Speaker app to get it to connect properly. I have been having one annoying issue lately though with the display. After I start playing something and get my volume set to the right level, the display will dim as it should after 15 sec of inactivity. But then as I'm watching, I notice that the display will randomly brighten again even though I have not touched anything. During a half hour show, it will randomly brighten then dim, brighten then dim, 3 or 4 times without me touching a thing. Kind of distracting especially when watching in the dark. Anyone else have this issue?

Excellent sound quality at a very attractive price. This unit is meeting or exceeding all my expectations.

No desire to mess with placement of multiple speakers, but you want surround sound? The Dolby Atmos technology accomplishes this. I listened to several systems well over $1000 in the store and they were loud, but dialogue was unintelligible. I watch a lot of movies and it's important to me for sound to be crisp. This little system hiding off to the side was it for me. You don't need to overspend to get great sound, and surround sound to boot!

I bought this soundbar system to go with my new 86 inch LG tv. It sounds great and hookup was easy.

I bought the lg soundbar to go with my 65 inch lg tv this soundbar has an amazing sound with the dolby atmos.

Everything is great! Great looking, great sounding and easy to set up. Only grip is that universal remote control function is spotty with auto on and volume up and down. It’s connected through e-arc to a brand new leg nano tv, so I thought the remote would work better.

Quality soundbar. I’m not an audiophile but it was not complicated to set up and it works well.

Great sound from a medium priced system. Pretty easy to hook up to an LG TV.

Thia is a great surround. There is a full sound and was really easy to set up to our LG smart tv

The sound on this is insanely good. So clear and Dolby atmos is fantastic

pretty decent speakers, have to adjust the audio settings in the app but once u find ur sweet spot listening to dolby atmos it's great with the optional surround speakers.

My journey to LG 3.1.2 440W Soundbar System may be a tad different from others. I was finally ready to commit to a quality soundbar to support the audio output for my older model 70" Sharp Aquos Quattro TV. Unfortunately, the models that I considered (and subsequently purchased) were not compatible with my TV. I purchased the Sonos Arc. Some consider it the best soundbar on the market. No luck. I then turned to the Polk Audio MagniFi 2. Once again, no luck. Both required an eARC HDMI connection ... which my TV did not have. I finally asked a Best Buy Associate for guidance and they recommended the LG. The optical cable connection was compatible with my TV. The sound is a significant improvement over my previous TV speaker only output. Furthermore, I was able to get the unit on sale (almost 50% off a new box). I'm not sure if my happiness is due to the quality of the product or that I finally found a soundbar that worked with my TV. Either way, I am happy with the LG and look forward to testing all of its sound producing capabilities. On a separate note, I want to thank Best Buy for making the return process turnkey. Each time I returned to Best Buy, I was able to return the item for an immediate, full refund (no questions asked) and then purchase the next product all in the same trip. That made a less than ideal situation easier.

Great sounds at a reasonable price and the kids love it for games

Sound quality is quite good. It is matched with an LG CX65 which provides pretty good sound already. Jury still out on subwoofer. Not much bass in routine tv and movies, but we are not into contemporary thriller movies and loud music.

Picked up this beauty with the 77" LG OLED TV and it is better than expected. The sound truly travels through the room and sounds amazing. The remote is not as friendly as I would expect but that is a small thing. If you are looking to have a good surround sound but need the extra space this is a great one to go with.

Only have had this for a week but have to say I love the sound quality. Some people complained about Unsynced sound but that came from having tv volume and sound bar volume up at the same time. That isn’t needed since the sound bar provides a movie like experience on its own. Would definitely recommend. Price is a little high but you pay for what you get. Great sound bar
