The subwoofer is terrible - very little bass output and had to check multiple times if it was even on. The main speaker sounds like a tin can. Hooked up the app to try and tweak speaker but really no change. My Samsung TV sounds better than this. I also have a Polk Magnifi Mini which completely blows this out of the water and I think the Mini is average at best. Please do not buy this LG. I am going back to a receiver and speaker set-up and am done with these sound bars which are simply gimmicks.

Not worth it

I stuck with LG because I thought it would be super simple to sync up. NOT! It took days to figure it out and that was only with the help of going on YouTube and watching videos. It’s the worst and the first time I have bought a sound bar without an integrated subwoofer. Still not sure the subwoofer is even working. Waste of money…

Sound is very similar to a smartphone and a bowl for amplification. Go with the LG SP8YA for fuller and richer sound with a much wider sound stage.
