The sound quality is amazing and the bass really hits. Dolby atmos and Dts x do not disappoint

Easy set up with my LG tv and the sound is impressive. Easily shakes the windows with the base.

Very balanced sound quality - doesn’t have boomy bass for movies but the bass is generally sufficient for most material. The center channel may be the best feature - dialogue is loud and clear, even at the lower center channel seating. Appreciate the LED display for controlling basic settings, plus there is an app for ease of use in accessing all settings. Haven’t tested the SPK8-S rear speaker kit, but the surround and Atmos height effects are pretty decent as a stand alone unit.

I love this soundbar!! I have had it a couple months I purchased the two satellite speakers the sp8k’s and I’ve not only used it a lot through Bluetooth but I have watched a lot of movies. I upgraded from a 2.1 LG soundbar purchased years ago because the sub stopped pairing. So far I love the upward firing speakers of the soundbar it truly adds to the 3d affect when watching movies and the sub is not only perfect but allows customization to bass level. The audio levels are just right and there are multiple presets to help adjust to what ever you are watching

Sony has really packed a lot into this efficient sound bar package. Plenty of bass and mid range sound. Excellent sound quality and easy install.

Sound is pretty good so far. About a month into use, though, the hdmi pass through stopped working, and I can't figure out why. I didn't get the geek squad warranty and have been too busy to follow up with lg warranty. I don't know why i keep buying lg products; they always seem to break or have issues and it's a pain to get repaired under warranty. I had an lg fridge that went kaput after a couple of years, my recent lg oled has black vertical lines on the screen that I'm in the process of trying to get lg to fix, and now the hdmi pass through on this sound bar stopped working. I've never learned my lesson and need to stay away from lg products. I guess the hdmi pass through doesn't affect the sound quality of this sound bar, which is good to my ears. I stream spotify from it occasionally and am happy with the bass and fullness from the sound. It's pretty sleek and fits in front of my 65" lg cx oled on it's original stand. I was worried due to the low stand that the sound bar would block the picture, but it's not an issue.

Amazing sound. Easy to set up and use. Only complaint ios the display cannot be turned off, but it really is not that bright so it is not too bad

After having last year’s model returned to lg under warranty and having to get a refund.. I was a bit hesitant to buy this bar but I already had the surround speakers and hoped my luck would be different. I’m very happy to say that this works flawlessly and although it looks the same as the sp8yg, this year adds a few very nice features like airplay and an hdmi 2.1 input now. Lg’s warranty service is better than most major companies, but it was still a hassle.. I’m really happy with this soundbar and it works better with my 2020 lg tv that the last one ever did!

This soundbar is a great purchase even at full MSRP. But luckily for me I caught it on sale for half off. Upgrading from a $130 soundbar it is a night and day difference that in a lot of ways competes on a similar level as when I had a full tower setup. Smart tech integration is a fantastic feature and is the easiest way to basically add a Chromecast audio to your living room. Take the time and get familiar with the features and be sure to calibrate your room audio.

Used this for an outdoor patio setup. Sounds great. Plenty of bass and volume. Great soundbar for the price.

Big, rich sound. Set up so simple, it basically did it by itself. Easy to play with settings. Pairs perfectly with the LG OLED.

I needed to upgrade to a better sound bar and the knowledgeable sale person did an excellent job in directing me to the item that best served my needs. The LG sound bar works as promised with the added speakers for better center sound using the 3.2.1 system. The only issue I had was, the quick setup was great for what it was for, but there was no instructions on how to use the remote. When I went to the LG web site it could not find my model number so had to google it and then was able to print off what I needed.

Happy with my purchase. Sounds great to me and bass is plenty in my opinion. Pairs great with my LG C1.

Such a worthwhile upgrade over my stereo soundbar. The sound is so crystal clear and the Dolby Atmos adds an incredible depth to movies and shows. Pairing this with my LG C2 is perfect, and the new Atmos update to PS5 makes for an awesome gaming setup. Definitely will be adding rear speakers!

Produces hifi, has dolby atmos and great aound stage. Lots of power and bass

Sound quality is comparable to theater. Super loud and clear. Bass hits good. Very customizable to your listening needs.

Had a cheap Vizio soundbar for years before upgrading, and the sound out the box is so good. Set up was fairly simple too. Haven’t had alot of luck connecting through wifi, but my current place has iffy wifi to begin with, so it’s more of a non issue. Overall it was absolutely worth the upgrade, especially at the huge discount!!!

This soundbar has great stereo separation and the subwoofer is incredible. I was worried that the frequency response of the sub wouldn't be quite what I was looking for but it's the perfect range for the room that I'm in. It isn't overpowering but it's very present. The soundbar is very clean. For music, it brought out things I hadn't really paid much attention to before. Charlie by RHCP is a standout song for this setup.
