    Paired with the nanocell tv. Love the sound that comes from it. Sounds great with games and movies!

    Problems with subwoofer

    The subwoofer was going in and out but my bf just figured it was an interference issue because it was next to the wifi box and too close to the sound bar. We put it in the floor and it hasn’t messed up since. But it’s not aesthetically pleasing to me. I rather it sit on top of my entertainment center with no issues.

    It was easy to set up. I opted for the HDMI Arch connection. I also easily paired the speakers with my iPhone.

    Nice LG Soundbar. Great deal on an open-box item. Dialogue in Movies is very clear, and bass from the woofer brings the big screen to life. I now need to source the additional wireless rear speakers to make the set-up complete.

    Subwoofer Bricked yet again on SN6Y

    Definitely not better sound than my 300 watt 8 year old soundbar and sub. The subwoofer has bricked just like MANY others after 16 months and Ive been offered the "opportunity" to purchase a new board for $100. Horrible. Bad Subwoofer and worse customer service with LG and Bestbuy. Do not purchase! We have been loyal LG customers for years including washer, dryer, tvs, soundbars and phones.

    Sound bar for my LG OLED65C9 TV

    Easy setup with HDMI ARC, subwoofer fits nicely into center cabinet storage area and boosts bass a little. Occasionally will not connect to tv when turned on but is easily remedied but reselecting the tv output. Also connects easily with Bluetooth with iPhone and iPad and plays great thru these. I suspended the bar underneath the cabinet with industrial strength velcro.

    Subwoofer (SPN5B-W) died 19 months into ownership (no power light). I could not find a replacement (other than buying a whole new combination). A new power noard may be available at a high price (not worth repairing). Internet search shows this as a common problem. :-(

    Amazing sound. Got this to pair with the LG G series TV for the bedroom. Absolutely incredible sound and it’s like a cinema in in my bedroom.

    Extremely dissapointed. I barely got any use out of this thing before the soundbar stopped working. Ive been reading that LG bricked a bunch of their devices in a recent update. However this device wasnt connected to any update service afaik so this was a hardware failure. Its insane I paid this much for a sound system and it breaks already. The system turns on but immediately goes into standby mode. Nothing qorks to fix it.

    after two years it gave me problems the bass does not connect with my sound bar

    Continuous problem with the subwoofer connection. I saw more people with the same issue. Its a shame.

    Overall I am very happy with the LG SN6Y Sound Bar. Right out of the box I was very impressed with the design that features sleek curved lines and hidden controls. Even the freestanding subwoofer is very clean looking and blends well with our decor. Set up was a breeze, you basically just plug in and pair with your television, and once paired the entire system delivers rich sound tailored to your content. Every detail is heard more clearly, music, background noise, and especially dialogue, which I usually have trouble hearing. I like that with the additional subwoofer you can create a unique surround sound experience by placing the speaker anywhere you'd like, although I did notice that when placed near our router the wifi signal was slightly affected, which is clearly stated in the setup instructions, so keep this in mind when deciding where to place your subwoofer. I frequently use the system to stream music and have noticed a huge difference in sound clarity and depth of sound with the LG soundbar. I hear details and arrangements in my music that I never noticed before, it feels as though I'm listening to the artists live. If you're looking for sound perfection in a sleek audio setup that you can customize to your space I would highly recommend the LG SN6Y Sound Bar.

    This soundbar is AWSOME, I would recommend to buy it for a room or small living room. The sound comes out clear and the subwoofer is great not too overbearing. I have this in my master bedroom works great. Setup was easy system comes with wall mounting brackets. You may have to find some drywall anchors if you are trying to mount this in a specific spot. I do have an LG TV and it syncs up great and there is no lag between the picture and sound. Once you set it up you can control your soundbar with the LG magic remote if your tv has one. I believe the soundbar works with the tv by Bluetooth. I had one little issue with the subwoofer not getting a connection in a spot where I wanted but that could be due to interference with my wifi. After moving it to another spot it works great. I am tempted to buy one for the living room because how good it is.

    Love it, love it, LOVE IT!!!! What an incredible difference this thing makes!!!! The tele alone makes decent sound., but this is a game changer!!!! You can with use tele speakers in conjunction with the sound bar or just the sound bar. Super easy to set up and that’s because both tele and sound bar are LG. Love that I didn’t have to configure my remote to it either; turn on the tele, turn on everything!! I stream music through it and OMG!!!! Now I feel like I have a sound system!!!! Great price, same day pick up, easy setting up, I don’t know how I went so long without it!!!! Overjoyed with my purchase!!!! Highly recommend this product!!!!

    Overall, I love the product. It sounds great, it was easy to setup and it goes perfect with my TV. Recently within the last few weeks though, the sound from the bar and the sub gradually decrease and go lower and I have no idea why. I got this in May of 2021, so I don't feel it should be going bad already. I've changed the HDMI cable, re-synced the sub and it still just randomly does it. If I turn the sound bar, the sound is fine until it randomly goes low again. If anyone has any idea why or anything I can try, please let me know. It's super frustrating that this is happening when it's just a little over two years old.
