Also, there is no digital display, and I can't find out how to see the mode settings! No instructions either.

Still trying to figure out how the sound settings work, The instructions that come with it are almost useless, a few paragraphs and that's it. Maybe there is a video out there that shows the details of the settings, haven't found it yet...

Went to turn it on today to listen to some music and the woofer will not power up. Pay attention to that one year warranty on it. I'm now looking to buy a replacement. you would think with minimum use it would last longer then the short time that I actually used the sound bar sounded great when it worked. I tried customer support but they where no help but to get me a service tech that would more then likely cost me just as much as replacing the unit my self.

Wouldnt use for music much though. Its not bad quality on music but im spoiled by my xv900s bass and for the price it's plenty good.

I used the optical cable. My only issue is the subwoofer makes the cabinet that it’s in vibrate and make noise haha!

It really improves the overall sound of the television and the subwoofer adds great effects. A few times I have had to disconnect the speaker and restart it because it went silent while in the middle of watching something. These resets have resolved the issue every time I just hope they don't keep happening.
