Product is worthless after only 11 months

Purchased in Dec 2020 and the subwoofer is completely dead 11 months later. After spending 45 minutes on phone with LG they are sending me a box so I can ship the soundbar and subwoofer to them for "testing" and possibly repair. I now need to uninstall the soundbar from the wall, wait 3 days for the box to arrive, ship the product to LG, wait another 7-10 days for them to test, then who knows. I'll have a nice eye sore below my TV (where the soundbar was mounted) while family is here for the holidays. Looking forward to watch football on turkey day with my TV speakers. LG, no need to copy/paste the same response to my post. I don't have facebook and I already wasted my time on the phone. Back to Bose products.

I wish it had more volume. You have to put up the volume higher to get it where it sounds great. Other than that no other complaints. It's easy to connect. (plug and play). It fits nicely and snug under my LG 60" looks like it came factory with tv.

Using the optical cable as the connection to the TV, powering off the TV with the TV remote control does not power off the sound bar (the sound bar remote control of course will).
