Was good while it lasted

About 4 months out of warranty it started cutting out after a half hour of use and you would have to reset it to get it to work again. Too late to do anything with Best Buy and LG seems to have some of the poorest customer service out there. Would not recommend.

At first I used optical-input only which sounded OK. Then I found a 3ft HDMI cable to run from our TVs HDMI/ARC jack into the HDMI input on the Soundbar. What a difference! Night and day, and now I can use the TV speakers only when I don't need theater-quality sound to watch regular TV news, etc. Easy to setup, Sub pairs automatically. All good!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i had purchased a dimplex fireplace to go under my wall hung tv and the soundbar itself was able to be placed behind the speaker grille in the console and the subwoofer was placed next to the unit for a very clean installation. i am in the process of putting a small raceway between the tv and the fireplace to hide my wiring and will paint the raceway the color of the walls. all in all it has taken a while to get the whole look but synced with my 4k firestick i now one remote to work eveything and the lg tv and soundbar work amazing for both sports and movies!! a+++

The sound is fantastic and enough bass that it doesn’t overwhelm the audio. The center Channel and surround balance out very well. The clear voice option for dialogue is more than sufficient for any movie or talk shows.
