About 4 months out of warranty it started cutting out after a half hour of use and you would have to reset it to get it to work again. Too late to do anything with Best Buy and LG seems to have some of the poorest customer service out there. Would not recommend.

Since my new TV was a Sony, I started there for their equivalent 3.1 sound bar. Then I tried a Samsung 3.1. I was very unimpressed. I'm not sure people do their due diligence, or maybe they just shop brands. This LG is head and shoulders above for watching TV/movies. It's very full sounding and can also be customized so as to not bother the neighbors at night. Very good, slam dunk, no brainer.

Key features for us were sufficient power, portability, 4K video pass through, and HDMI input and output. The sound quality meets our expectations. It’s easy to setup/use. Overall, we’re very happy with setup and it meets our needs perfectly.

Bought this even though some reviews was dissatisfied with the bass output. Was very disappointed with the bass when got everything up and running. Then I did some research and subwoofer placement was the key to get best sound from the subwoofer. All I can say is wow rattles the windows now. Loving it. I paired it up with the rear speakers and feels like sitting in a theater. I have paired up with LG 4K tv and Apple 4K. Very satisfied.

Crisp and clear voice, awesome bass (sometimes too loud, but you can EQ it as needed), music and movies sound like I'm at a concert or theatre. Man, I love this thing! The only complaint is that ARC gives me fits sometimes. It could be the TV causing it, but if I switch inputs on the sound bar and go back to ARC, I have to turn off and restart everything (tv/sound bar) for it to work. Still not enough to take it to 4 stars, but a small annoyance. Seriously. Go buy this thing. You WON'T regret it.

It is clear and crisp with some some basic customizing with treble and bass. You can also increase the woofer setting which I am guessing you are going to want to for sure if you are unable to put the sub in a corner. All in all a very good product

We connected it to our LG tv and to have all the features and functions work so well has been such a great experience. Additionally, we have a non-traditional shaped room with a wood floor, lots of glass, and a wood ceiling and this system really puts out the sound well. Only complaint is that sometimes speaking is hard to hear and we turn it up then the music is blasting our socks off- this might be a "me" issue rather than with the equipment though.
