LG 3.1 soundbar

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.if i bought the sound bar for myself it was great' but i purchased it for my grand daughter. but before i got it to her, her boyfriend got her one. so i returned the LG sound bar. i already use 2 sound bars (mounted vertically on each side of the tv and wired so that the left channel only is coming out of the left bar, and only the right channel signal goes to the right sound bar). I also already have a subwoofer. i'll review it because i did use it for 3 days .

Movie Nights Are Better

The sound bar with DTS Virtual :X mixed with the Dolby Atmos of the LG TV is just great. I do not use HDMI ARC and use OPT because it won't allow me to use the Dolby Atmos. It is the least expensive 3.1 sound bar and can be converted to 5.1 with the available rear speakers (but may not be practical as the speaker are about $180).

Decent soundbar

The center channel helps make dialogue in movies more audible. The sound effects function not explained in the included documentation. All in all a decent soundbar.

Theater at home with enhance sound!

It enhances watching movies so much more. Watching television is more enjoyable now. I went back to Best Buy and upgraded to 5.1 surround sound. This small box comes with 3 speakers. The sound is 5.1 which many movies have if you look on the back of your DVD package. The experience is like going and sitting in a movie theater. Most of the sound comes out of the sound bar which does a super job!
