Amazing sound quality pretty loud. 2 things I don’t like is when you turn volume low it makes it hard to hear the speech. But I had another brand that was similar hopefully in the future they can correct this. Love that it sounds like a theater. The other downside is the cloth speaker never understood this. But besides that love it.

Stopped working after only 7 months

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased May 4, 2022 Jan 18, 2023: sent back for repairs (D-Protection error message - no sound) April 3, 2023: sent back for repairs (D-Protection error message - no sound) Have had to send it in for repairs twice for the same problem (no sound from the sound bar with a D-Protection error message) and haven't even had it for a full year yet. When it was working the sound quality was decent and powerful. I don't like the lack of fidelity in soundbars and prefer old-school, passive speakers and only bought it for my mother for Mother's Day. 5/7/2023: Just received it back from LG and they forgot to send back the remote and cables...to be fair their customer service line is at least fairly quick about submitting cases for what it's worth. But I have very little confidence that they fixed the issue for good. Will continue updating my review accordingly.

Warning keep it away from your wifi router it was absolutely cause the bass to cut in and out
