This set up in our 1200 sqft open layout apartment puts you in the middle of the movie. It syncs with through ARC technology in our tv to combine it's Doby speakers for an awesome sound clarity. Low voice conversation are clear and vibrant but the action scenes are loud and immersive. Awesome for playing music but not over drowned out by low subwoofer rims.

Dissapointed with how long LG products work

TV was delivered and we found out the screen was cracked. Have to say best buy was great with getting us a quick replacement. (Thanks Best Buy) Initially I tried the TV in wireless mode .. but it seemed to lose connection frequently and I had to go in and reset the connection. I have seen postings @ the wireless card overheating ... but I really liked the TV picture and had an ethernet cable available so I just used that. I got the soundbar hooked up, sound bar worked OK .. sub seemed to sometimes cut out. I figured it was the BT conection, so every now and then I would un-plug everything, wait a minute or two, plug eveything back in, and it worked. Fast forward 1.5 years of doing this, and now the sub is no longer working at all. Completely dead. I just called support and they warranty is one year. Hind-sight, I should have sent the whole package back ASAP. I have Sony TV's and POLK audio in my other house for years .. never an issue. I cannot say how disappointed I am with LG quality. For the $$ I paid this product should have lasted much longer!! The only reason I am giving LG 1 star is because I like the picture quality on the TV.

Even sounds good with music. Good for smaller room

The sound is crystal clear with enough customization settings to get exactly the kind of sound you’re looking for. Pairing it with our TV took seconds and it has worked fine ever since— absolutely worth the cost difference over a 2.1 system.
