The soundbar has great sound, even if it's not totally bluetooth. There is a cable that needs to connect to the tv set from the soundbar. The set up (syncing) can be a little tricky, but I checked things out on line and solved the problem.

This soundbar is amazing for the price. I sometimes forget it’s only a 3.1 channel because the quality is so good. Pair it with the compatible wireless speakers and you have a great surround sound system without paying a lot. I highly recommend this one.

This was easy to set up, really plug and play. Good sound, but I'm not certain it is much better than my tv set (which was already a very nice unit). I'm sure I'll notice it more when we start watching action/adventure movies

This is the upgraded one from the previous model. I think they could have done better with the subwoofer (that’s just me) but sound is crisp and loud no distortion.

Really happy with the purchase. Totally amps up the sound and adds to the viewing experience. Very easy to setup and connect to my TV via the HDMI eARC connection. For those who are mounting under the TV just be aware that the screw holes are pretty far apart and you need to be able to have the proper mount. Lots of mounts are too narrow which means the sound at would sit on the mount but not locked down.

I was extremely happy to pair this system with my LG 4K OLED CX TV. The sound was phenomenal! However after several months, I would periodically notice there was nothing coming from the sub woofer although the light was on. I would have to have to power cycle it and repair it. Then I noticed the light wasn't on. After power cycling it, the green light would come back. Now the light won't come on and although there is power to it. Highly disappointed that I no longer have the experience I once enjoyed. Maybe my sub woofer was just faulty.

Easy to set up. Hesitant at first about using a soundbar, I'm totally satisfied with the easy control and sound quality! Wireless sub-woofer, BT connectivity and the option to add wireless rear speakers make this a prefect fit for my needs! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this soundbar.

Easy to setup and the sound is amazing! The dedicated center channel was a little strange at first coming from a different speaker setup that was 6.1, which is essentially a beefed up 2.1 setup. The optional rear speakers are highly recommended and make for a great surround sound experience. This subwoofer really booms and give a true theater-like experience.

LG SN6Y Sound bar: I received the SN6Y via a warranty exchange under the Geek Squad Protection Plan. My previous sound bar was a Sony HTS350. The LG SN6Y produces a rich quality sound when playing music. It does not have the “Clear Voice” functionality preset like some of the higher end LG sound bars do. There are only a few sound options presets available with the SN6Y. Voice clarity is excellent on the male voices. However, some of the female have equal clarity but higher range voices sound as if they were coming from a tin-can. None of the few LG sound presets correct this annoyance. The remote allows selecting and altering speaker (Left, right, center, woofer, etc.) volumes but none of those adjustments corrects some of the female pitch/tin-can effect voice sound. I have an LG OLED 55C1PUB TV and it has a listening option which includes “Clear Voice.” The sound for voices from the TV is, in my opinion, superior to the voices produced from the SN6Y sound bar. However you lose the richness in overall sound when listening to sound from the TV speakers. If I had the option, I might return the sound bar and only listen to the quality sound produced by the 55C1PUB TV speakers. However since the SN6Y was received from a warranty exchange of a defective 2.5 year old Sony I doubt that Best Buy would offer a cash refund. BEWARE: My TV sits on a TV stand. The height of the sound bar covers the infrared signal at the bottom of my new LG TV and it covers about 3/4th inch of the viewable screen at the bottom. This is an LG engineering flaw. They should have raised the base of the TV so that it would clear any soundbar that sits in front of it. I contacted LG and they had no solution for that issue. Sony had more listening preset options on their sound bars and they were easily accessible by selecting their specific button on the remote. I wish LG offered more presets and one that would remedy the tin-can sound effect of higher pitched voices. Overall it is a good sound bar but the fact that it is lacking in presets and verbal pitch quality as well as suffering from a poorly developed engineering design when coupled with LG TVs, makes me feel that it does not deserve a stellar rating. If it had "Clear Voice" technology I would have rated it higher.

Great sound bar for the price! It's perfect for my small living room and 55' Smart TV. It's very easy to set it up (actually just need to connect the power cord and HDMI cable to TV set) and produces nice sound. I'm not geeky guy, so I can't give more accurate science engineered opinion, but I can't ask more at this time. I highly recommend to my friends and family!

This is a great soundbar! We used to turn on Close Captions frequently, but this sound bar has 3 channels and the center channel is only the voices. That was a primary factor in choosing this particular soundbar. Also, the height of the soundbar is pretty low, especially compared with other soundbars. This was important for how we had the TV positioned, so it wouldn't block the remote's ability to have a clear line of sight to the TV's infrared power which is at the base of the TV screen. We have had this for almost a year now and rarely use CC anymore. I thought at first that I didn't want to use the subwoofer (just more to dust), but it really doesn't take up much space and being wireless it just needs to plug into the surge strip, it doesn't need to connect with a wire to the TV or the Soundbar. And the sound is great! I am not a connoisseur of high quality sound and even I could tell it was so much better. We bought this soundbar to pair with our LG OLED TV, so we could have more of a "theatre" experience when watching movies at home. While we miss going to the movie theatre in person, this is the next best thing. I do recommend this.

Got this for a great price and it has much better sound than the TV. Good middle of the road sound bar. True audiophiles might be disappointed, but the rest of us will find it more than acceptable. If you don't want to spend a fortune, want better sound than your TV speakers but don't need the perfect audio experience every time you watch a movie, then this would work for you.

was easy to set up but the remote for the volume control hasnt worked no matter what i do....so I have to manually adjust the volume....great quality sound...great value

Dounds great! Had some challenges at first with the sound going in-n-out. Did some research and found that the woofer needs to be away from the router. Now it's all good.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son. He has a fabulous father. He loves it. Paired with a Samsung 65 inch TV and a PlayStation 4 he’s set. The sound is tremendous for a fair price. Set up was very easy and with the Bluetooth he can listen to what ever that garbage is he calls music.

Purchased this package yesterday and must say the sound it produces is fantastic. Good surround from the rear wireless speakers and easy setup. Very satisfied with my purchase. You do have to wire the rear speakers to the wireless transmitter so just a heads up but its not that big of a deal. Highly recommend

Got this on sale for a great price. For the money, I'm very happy with it. I mainly use it for the Bluetooth capability to listen to music. For both music and movies the sound is great. The setup is very quick and easy as well. Never a problem pairing my phone or computer for music, and the subwoofer paired to the speaker instantly without any user input.

I bought the Samsung HW-R650 and returned it for this one. I am super satisfied with the crystal clear sound and awesome bass. I highly recommend it for those looking for an excellent soundbar in the $350 range.

Great quality sound bar. Super easy to connect. Now i can listen to the tv with hearing aids and not have to turn it up and blow others out of the room. Great value. Sales associate wealth of knowledge. This is a sure , cannot go wrong product and price. Heck, i may get one for the bedroom tv also
