Couldn't understand the words from the TV speakers and the LG 3.1 has made all the words clear as day! Thanks Best Buy for your help with selecting this soundbar!

No help first & 2nd time Calling. 3rd call I received a $25 credit for missing cables. I guess it’s all about who you get as a CS rep for help.
