After one year, the subwoofer died. So I had to buy another unit. It was after 12 months of purchase and I did not buy an extended warranty. Not worth it. All the units came with the same issue. It was great until it lasted. So I paid $249 on sale for something that lasted a year. Not worth it - trash LG - do something better I am extremely disappointed

It was easy to hide the cables as they weren't too stiff and it blended in nicely with my LG TV. The problem was that vocals weren't much clearer than with the TV speakers. Even with about an hour of playing with different sources and adjustments, I wasn't able to get the vocals to a level where it didn't sound muffled or completely drowned out by any other sounds. I returned this after 2 days and ended up purchasing the Vizio SB36512-F6.
