Great Sound

DON’T BUY USED!!

Purchase process and Best Buy customer service was terrible! This was a “Out the box” excellent condition item. The “excellent condition” guarantees all needed accessories will still be included. There were NO additional acesseries. I didn’t have a power cable for the sound bar or the sub woofer, nor did I have the remote, audio cable, or wall bracket. Then Best Buy would not exchange or refund me the product. All-in-All… I’d recommend NOT saving a few bucks to buy an “out the box” item. It may cost you more in the end.

LG Soundbar

SN6Y , bad subwoofer.

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Customer service is terrible, LG apparently pushed firmware updates that caused the motherboard in the subwoofer to crash, and tons of people online are having the same issue, but LG won’t take care of the problem, they obviously don’t care about keeping their customers.

Subwoofer drops In and Out

Sound Bar Drops In and Out

Issue with the subwoofer dropping in and out constantly. Also, the subwoofer appears to be underpowered, but tolerable if it would not drop out. I do not want to return this sound bar because I have the cables neatly tucked away behind the TV (65 inch Nanocell) and removing cables would require me unmounting the television from above the wall above the mantle. The sound bar is working fine - just the subwoofer drops out.
