Awful service

We didn't notice because my son was deployed at the time and when he got back home the subwoofer was not working. Brought back to Best buy and they could not help us. Called manufacturer and they suggested us buying a whole new set.

Subwoofer dont work!

I couldn’t really tell if the sound bar was any better than the speakers that were in the new 70” LG tv I just bought from them.I did adjust all the settings and couldn’t really tell if it was any better. So I’ll have to drive an hour back to the store for a refund. Don’t want to take the chance on another one.
