Overall 'Sound' delivered varies excessively from within Program (Spectrum, Prime, other 'Main' menu programs and those from APPs you might select (already installed) or those you might choose to add/install. Mind you, it is not consistent: whether a main menu app, one already installed or one you may choose to activate, the sound is SO INCONSISTENT!! Sometimes works PERFECTLY. Other times (same station, app, whatever) it goes bazerk! Loud! So low you can't discern what's being said. Action gets overbearing then conversation is a whisper. Next time you turn it on, works great! Same station, same program/type. Or completely different RE: all variables. I HATE the system! It TOTALLY SUCKS! Should have been warned by Best Buy personnle when purchasing it. I PREFER DIRECT, HONEST help. Not just 'SALES HELP'. Makes for bad business. No repeat business in that arena anyway. Take it back! Please! It's CRAP!¡! Makes me HATE my TV!!!
